Pro-Tech was very responsive and had a live body answer the phone. They were able to accommodate a service appointment within 24 hours of my call. That's saying something these days. Their technician was very courteous and explained everything in detail. They offered my a quote on the spot for the repair. As it turns out another service company had serviced my unit less than a month prior and left the freon fill valve open which drained all of my freon out of the unit. It cost me $1,600 to have another company's mistake fixed. I highly recommend Pro-Tech,

I had a scheduled appointment with another company who no showed. Pro-Tech got a Gerrid to my house in less than 2 hours and in another 2 hours he had completely replaced my water heater and got us up and running after 3 days with no hot water. Pro-Tech saved the day and made life with an infant and their bottles manageable once again!!

Im impress with them… and how much they care for their reps. This company watches for their employees well-being before making a profit. I called Saturday because my AC unit shots down; I was worried for my 75 y/old mom and the soonest appointment was for Wednesday; when the tech arrived he notified the weather condition and was sent home to avoid personal damage due to lightning, so he was rescheduled for the next available time. Upon arrival, the tech was apologetic and did his job until I was satisfied. Very impressed with the level of knowledge and care. I will seriously consider been a member

Friendly, prompt, and everything you should hope for in air conditioning service. Mini split wasn't putting forth cold air and Eric cleaned it up in no time and it was blowing up a snowstorm in no time. Very useful for deep summer Orlando heat!! Highly recommended.

I joined Pro-Tech's Comfort Club after their first service. I was that impressed! Moises Pagan was my tech this time and he was totally awesome; so courteous and professional. He introduced himself and let me know what he'd be doing when he first arrived. He donned his shoe booties and went about his business. Pro-Tech gives me peace of mind knowing that my AC is getting great service. Highly Recommended!!

we had to have some old plumbing pipes replaced. Pro Tech employee, Joseph Hammett, was there very promptly. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. Did the work all in one day. The job was expertly done, and we plan on using him in the future.

What makes a excellent annual system inspection is the quality of the technician. Jordan was by far the best tech. , we have had from Pro Tech. He knew his business and answered all my questions and calmed all my concerns.

Prior to my install, John Walker designed my new hvac setup and he did a great job. A real pro.

Omar, Andrew, and Albert were a great crew to have installing my mini splits. We had a large and complex job (100+ year old house with extremely damaged central hvac ductwork) and the crew were able to work and problem solve around all the little “old house” problems that arose.

They were friendly and worked super hard to get my project done on time. On multiple days they worked well into the evening (even until 10pm one day) to get my hvac project done on time.

Whenever a hiccup occurred, they graciously listened to my concerns and got the job done the way I wanted, even if it required minor rework.

Albert in particular suffered quite a bit getting my old ductwork pulled out of the bottom of my nasty and narrow crawlspace, and seemed totally happy to do it, so thanks Albert.
