I had a severely backed up sink. I called Pro-Tech around 8 this morning, they came out by 2pm and had it fixed by 3pm.

The price was more than I was hoping to pay, but I understand that high quality service might cost a little bit more. My problem is fixed and I know who to call the next time I have an issue.

On demand hot water heater died Friday night. Called Saturday morning, and Chris was there in a few hours. Diagnosed the problem, and ordered the replacement parts. Wednesday he was back, and in short order everything was working again! Thanks to you all!
