CE (Carrier Enterprise)

The stuff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There is even a free coffee area. My husband comes here often for his hvac company supplies.

Got there and was told they couldn't receive until Monday cuz they were booked for Friday but dispatcher called broker and they were waiting for me on the other side of the building, unloaded within 30 minutes! Thanks guys for the quick unloading!

What a service from CE!
Since they moved they can’t put one a/c system to be delivered correctly .
Missing components and it takes foresee being on the phone to “ correct “ incompetence of the Carrier where driver and dispatcher talking only Spanish !
Now we look bad , our clients that we work for look bad , why ?
Let’s blame on Covid -19
So sad .Today missing condenser , and our customer is without air for week!

Literally 20 mins on hold for "johnny" to hang up in 5 seconds getting my phone out of my shirt pocket. Be as patient as you expect us to be

We deliver to this warehouse 8-10 times a month & they’re always really nice, even @ 4am. I’m usually on a door before my appointment time & they’re usually pretty quick unloading, I’d say no more than 2 hrs on a door, at most. This is in our Top 5 OTR Delivery Routes!

This review is to Spot Light Craig Rath. He is always on top of anything I need done in a timely manor. He responds to e-mails quick. When I have issues with the guys at the express pick up station he's right there to resolve it without question. He is for sure an asset to Carrier Enterprise! Keep up the good work, Craig!!!

Johny at the front counter is awesome. Everything i am there he goes out of his way to make sure that I get everything I need, including the items I didn't think about. Johny definitely makes my job with the City of Oviedo easier.
I have pulled in 10 minutes before closing on 2 occasions and Johny has always provided service with a smile and utmost professionalism.
The City continues to use Carrier units when we replace outdated equipment because of the systems reliability and the customer support provided is at the highest level.

Worst customer service ever, coming here on and off to pick up equipment takes FOREVER. Refusing to cooperate and work together with customers is idiotic. We do over a million + in sales a year and this is how they operate.
