Duncan Air was great to work with. They respond very quickly, have great communication, and make sure to explain things well. Our AC seemed to be out so we called and had someone out the very next day. They assessed the situation and were able to fix it. After that we had them service the system and it seems to be working better than before! Highly recommend calling Duncan!

Today's call was for our annual service. Wayne, our technician, was timely, professional & friendly. He asked if I had any questions and responded to all of them with patience and clarity. I purchased my unit from Duncan and have used them for all annual maintenance. I can honestly say that every experience that I've had with them has been 5 star. Prior to purchasing our unit, I had an issue with uneven cooling. Mark solved that and our home has been evenly cooled ever since. I highly recommend Duncan Air Conditioning.

My AC unit wasn’t running. I called Trane Corp and they gave me the contact information for Duncan HVAC. They scheduled me same day service during peak summer and our technician Wayne was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and explained what he would be replacing. The AC is cooling and working again.

I dealt with TJ, Crystal, Ernie and Isaac and they were all kind and professional. I felt very informed throughout the entire process. The technicians used booties to cover their shoes when coming in the house which was great! TJ was very knowledgeable and followed up once the job was complete. Very pleased customer here and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Mark and his team are great. Help with my new house and my in-laws house when the system went down. Came out same day put a plan into work and is getting us the help with warranty we needed.

I have used Duncan's for repairs and maintenance so far. All of the staff members that I have encountered have been professional, understanding and extremely helpful.
