I called about 9pm last night talked with the answer service and got a call back from Jacob less than 15 minutes later. Jacob set me up for first thing in the morning, came out and got my ac running by replacing the capacitor fairly quickly. Jacob was very knowledgeable and friendly and now I will call Duncan for all my AC issues. Thanks again.

Called this morning n had a service tech here by 2:00. Fixed problem efficiently and professionally.

The worker was cordial and explained exactly what he was doing. My garage was flooded after a previous repair man came to do the routine maintenance service on my AC. Your technician asked me about the location of an exit pipe outside of the house. He stated that he lo
oked outside and was unable to find it. He stated that he could attach a temporary drain pipe to the AC unit in the garage. This would stop the water from flooding my garage. I agreed. A bucket 🪣 was placed under the pipe. He stated that I would have to periodically empty the bucket so that it would not overflow. It's now 9 am, almost 12 hours later and I have not emptied the bucket.
I hope that this issue can be resolved . Your technician was the only one who ever asked me about a drain pipe outside. Hope this issue can be resolved. Look forward to working with you again.

New visit for biannual service. Great job as always. Tech took extra care to clean everything well due to moisture. Life saver with the heat and humidity in fla.

Had A/C problem (in December in Florida). Daughter called Duncan's and service man showed on time. Very knowledgeable and polite. Listened to my explanation of problem and previous actions. Serviceman found the leaks, checked the warranty, gave me an estimate for fix, and we scheduled fix for next week. Will write a review for that also. All in all, while not inexpensive, a good experience with professional people based on my experience planning and executing repairs on nuclear submarines for 25 years. Ed Lashbrook
