Technician that came out first was Wayne. Did complete system analysis. Very thorough and professional. Required a 2nd visit today by George and Austin. Resolved all issues and my multizone damper system is up and running. Great team.

I had a positive experience with this company. It began with TJ providing an estimate for a new system all the way to installation. Their pricing was great. They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I recommend them.

I was already frustrated having had another AC company out the day before, who said they couldn’t find anything wrong with my unit. When the problem continued that evening I reached out to them for help to pretty much be blown off. So when I called to make my appointment with Duncan I was not happy about them being a quite bit more money for a service call on top of my frustration with my ac not working properly. Fast forward to the end result, I could not have been more pleased or happy with their service. Jose spent a little over 2 hours trying to diagnose the issue and help me get to the route of it. He didn’t once try to sell me anything. He was very patient and understanding. The extra money charged for the service was well worth it. In this case you do get what you pay for! ( my neighbor recommended Duncan and now I will be also)

Duncan's gave me a good price and the installation of my new unit was very professional. The owner came out during the install to make sure we were completely happy with the work being done. Duncan's believes that quality, customer service and price are the only way to do business and that philosophy shows in their work.

$450 for a capacitor that at most should cost $89

Got this place as a recommendation from a friend and I can only question my friendship now.

A weekend call for a capacitor cost me $450.

The parts themselves are only $20. I was out of town so i got taken advantage of and severely hosed.
