    Great customer service. Placed a call late evening the day before Thanksgiving. The lady who answered the phone was vary nice and informative. they had a tech out within an hour. The guy had my system back up and running within 45 mins. duncans air is my one and only go too .I've been using them for many years and will continue to do so . Thanks you guys for always doing such a top notch job and always going above and beyond for your customers

    We were having high humidity issues in the house even though our A/C unit was less than 3 years old. Got 4 different HVAC companies to come out to discuss the issue and propose a solution. Mark Duncan the president of Duncan’s Air Conditioning and Heating was the only professional who made any sense when he explained the cause of our problem and offered possible solutions. He explained that our current unit was over-sized and not running long enough to pull the humidity out of the air. He installed a new system and added 5 returns for proper air flow. My wife, who is very particular by the way, is EXTREMELY HAPPY. Thanks, Mark, you saved my marriage. Mark was on-site for much of the process and the young men working for him were hard working, polite, respectful and punctual. Also dealing with Debbie, the office manager, has been a real pleasure. Throughout the process, she kept us informed on scheduling and followed up to make sure all was well. This company is all about customer satisfaction and building relationships. We highly recommend Duncan's Air Conditioning.

    I have a Trane air conditioner. Had three companies come out and could not fix the problem. Called Duncan's Air conditioning and Heating and they sent their top technician, George to evaluate the issue. Within an hour he solved the problem and my A/C was up and running.     Fantastic Service. Must read! So I have a Trane unit that is just over 7 years old. I was pretty sure it had a 10yr parts and labor warranty and I bought it through Lowe's. It stopped working and I went to Lowe's to see what they could do, they were very unhelpful at Lowe's, and after several hours with no answers they told me they could send someone in two weeks. Two weeks! This is Florida people. I got frustrated and went online to find a Trane service. Luckily, I found Duncan's Air conditioning. I called and spoke with Debbie. She asked if I had my warranty paperwork, I said: 'No'. She said that's ok, she would look it up but she knew the parts were covered and would send somebody over right away. The repair man, George, showed up within the hour! WOW! He quickly realized I had a bad capacitor, repaired it and the unit started running again but still not cooling. he ran tests and found it had bad sensors and circuit board. He had to order parts but he was able to bypass them in the meantime so we could have cold air. It worked! He really knew his stuff. The best part was, within two hours of talking to them, my AC was working again. I wrote him a check for $208 for the service. Here's the kicker...Debbie called the next day, "Mr. Dailer, I was able to track down your warranty. It does cover parts and labor so I'm going to tear up your check". WOW! I spent half my day dealing with Lowe's reps and no one wanted to help me. Debbie went out of her way after I'd already paid to get me some money back..unreal! She said, "I always put the customer first". I guess so because that's the first time I've ever paid someone for service and they went through the trouble of helping me track down a 7 year old warranty anyway. Very pleased and impressed with the efficiency and integrity of this company. Highly recommend. Thank you Debbie and George!

    Duncan's AC is an amazing company. We have been using them as a vendor at our Storage facilities and they just get the job done. I highly recommend them for their quick and fantastic service. Very hardworking guys and gals.
