Specialist Todd O’Neill came to me highly recommended and he aboundingly lived up to his reputation. Because of his extensive knowledge and his honest and straight forward approach, I chose Armstrong over three other proposals for my mini split unit. Todd managed my project as if it were his own. He and John and Paul of the electric department worked together seamlessly to handle the unique issues that my installation environment presented. My installers Samuel, Lemmy, Nelson, David and Juan did a spectacular job! Additionally, throughout the process everyone was attentive, communicative, consistent and timely in addressing all of my questions and concerns. EXEMPLARY customer service!!!

We had our ac replaced by Armstrong and they are the best priced/ professional and knowledgeable compare to all the other central Florida ac company. The two technicians Sam and Lemuel were GREAT!!! They were on time, efficient and made sure they explained everything they did, warranty and advised on how to make sure our system lasts not like our previous one that lasted only 6 years. The next day Tom Hyatt called as we were told he would by the techs to check in and make sure we are satisfied and that if we ever have any questions to reach out to them. Anthony and Carlos installed our new a/c unit today and did an amazing job! They went above and beyond by making sure everything was done well and even took the time to investigate where a leaking pipe was, and then fixed it immediately. They were both friendly and professional as well. We will be using Armstrong in the future.

Recently had some AC issues on my less than 5 years old house, called the original AC company to handle and they were less than helpful and not very friendly. A neighbor suggested Armstrong and I couldn't be happier with the service and to have cool air back. The tech Devin and his coworker were able to solve the issue and the complete repair, even going so far as to recommend tips for maintenance. Highly recommend and will definitely get my business first in the future if needed!

We had an emergency issue with our AC while we had guests there. They answered their phones on a holiday weekend, promptly went to the home, and performed great work. I’m so appreciative of their professionalism and promptness! We highly recommend their service to anyone!

Armstrong installed my original unit which lasted 17 yrs. I collected multiple estimates before going back to Armstrong. Tom matched the other's prices with a superior product, and included 2 cloud-based thermostats and surge protectors. The service techs Lemuel and Sam arrived on time and were professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went as planned and the communication was great.

Armstrong came here today at 930 am to replace two units and were done by 330 pm. Lemuel, Carlos, Sam and Anthony were all very professional and did a fantastic job! Highly impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Would definitely recommend Armstrong to anyone needing AC work done!

Ricardo was on time, professional and excellent. This is the second time we have had him perform a PM on our AC. The staff on the phone is also very helpful. Tammy responded quickly to my voicemail. Overall great company with service, quality and value altogether!
