My AC with down yesterday around 7pm I called and they responded fast. I have a really sick kid at home and the way they took care of us is something I will never forget. We typically receive prompt service from the technicians that are called to service our air conditioning system. Our most recent service call was the same. Our service was completed in a reasonable time frame after calling in to the dispatcher. We were however disappointed that the same part that we had replaced this time was also replaced roughly six months ago. Even more disappointing was that we could not get a call back to explain why the part only lasted six months. Voice mails were left but apparently they were not interested in getting back in touch with us.

Chad was professional and friendly. He explained the issue and walked us through the repair and quote. He gets a 10 for customer service. Parts had to be ordered as part of the repair and, while understanding supply chain issues, the parts department could have communicated better and provided a more realistic delivery time. I would call Armstrong again and ask for Chad.

From the quote with Tom Hyatt to the installation with Sam and Lamuel, what a great experience! All three gentleman are true professionals. Tom quoted me a price that did not change (actually it did go down quite a bit from the original quote as Tom informed me of things not needed which was a plus) Sam and Lamuel were prompt and on time and got right to work. Installation was clean and neat! They walked me through everything installed with the new system and at the end were open to any questions or concerns. Tom had all the New warranty paperwork registered with Carrier before the installation was even done. All in all this was a great experience with this professional team and would 100% recommend!

Justin was our tech a few weeks ago when they discovered a leak in our coil that drained our Freon completely, three weeks later it stopped working again and we couldn’t figure out why. We contacted them after hours and they were able to send Justin back next day to take a look. He found the problem pretty quick and it thankfully wasn’t another leak and helped show us a better way to prevent this issue than we were originally showed from our builder. Thanks to Justin for being helpful and making the trip out here to take another look. They could’ve just sent anyone but we appreciated having the same person that made the original repair.

Our AC unit began leaking through our ceiling so we called Armstrong. Tom came out right away to review our current system and recommend a new system. He located and secured the new parts and equipment so that installation could be scheduled approximately 10 days later. Sam and his crew installed three new Carrier AC systems with Ecobee WiFi thermostats in a single day. They were very thoughtful and considerate while in our home with our kids and dogs and cleaned everything up before they left. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience working with Tom, Sam, and the entire Armstrong company.
