Moved into a new home that had no working AC. Quick and efficient response. Pedro helped quickly send out a tech, Gustavo, who kept in constant contact about the repairs that had to be made. Awesome response, awesome experience. Thank you Pedro and Gustavo!!!

The service was a blessing lost my husband 6 months before the storm my AC unit was submerged in water I was staying in the house 85°. They're just amazing people. I'm now back at my house and it's real cool in here and I appreciate your company Tom thank you for everything.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I own a condo that my daughter and a roommate rent. I’m in colorado. The 15 year old AC died, and what parent wouldn’t worry about their kid 2000 miles away.

There’s a reason they have such high ratings. I barely hit send on their website when the owner called me after hours. I told him the story. We talked about my time growing up in Florida, and he was so personable and reassuring. “I’ll take great care of your daughter and her roommate. Don’t worry about anything!”

He was out to the condo the next morning. Beat everyone’s bid, and had it installed one week later. On time and on budget. Communicated with me every step of the way. This is what customer service is supposed to look like!

I was extremely impressed by Devin’s professionalism. But most important he was knowledgeable & friendly & very eager to help. He was able to fix my issue in a very timely manner !

Chad came out for our six-month maintenance and we couldn’t be happier. He called to let us know when he was 20min out and put shoe coverings on when he arrived. He was extremely thorough, explained everything that he did, and made suggestions to keep our system running great. At the end of the maintenance service he cleaned up and emailed me a visit summary. I would highly recommend Chad and Armstrong Air.

I’ve been using Armstrong for the past 9 years but the one technician that I always request is Devin. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He takes his time when performing a preventative maintenance, walking me through any issues, showing me pictures, and explaining the best course of action. I highly recommend Devin!!!
