    After days of being without AC we found All Star heating and cooling and we couldn't have been more blessed. From the first call everyone was so responsive, from the owner to Holly, to the technician AJ. They explained as they went along, got the needed equipment in and within 1-2 days minus the weekend and we were up and running! Just in time for summer! Great team and great work and we would gladly recommend All Star heating and cooling to anyone!

    The owner contacted me and because communication is the key to good focused customer service. I’m upgrading to five stars. My assessment is that communication to expectations was implied versus specific.

    Review: Had a Saturday service call. Unit flipping from cool mode to heat mode when it cycled back on - resulting in a very HOT house. Tech did not successfully nail down the issues. I’ll concede that it was more than likely a combination of several small issues leading into one big issue.

    I was unhappy, but let me just say, the owner got involved and based on my reasoning for several reasons. He values his customers, he cares about his employees (company) and he’s committed to excellence service. This is a win-win for current or future customer.

    For my part, I jumped the gun and wrote a two star review that hindsight told me was unfair as I should have called the office - communication - that was on me. After a lengthy conversation with the owner, I recognized this on my behalf and made it right. Customer service at All Star is Five Stars hands down.

    Now, make no mistake about it. I will give a one, two or three star review. Trust me people work hard to earn those reviews. When they earn em, I give em.

    That’s not the case with All Star. I could have deleted the review and started over, but it’s important for people considering using All Star to look at the owners detailed response. It’s thorough and epic! I for one added a couple stars just because he cared to respond.

    All star hearing and cooling is amazing, they have definitely earned a life long customer in me. I did a complete garage remodel and with that came many bumps and setbacks, but not with All star. They were knowledgeable, helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. THeir techs were always courteous, professional and genuinely kind! I cant recommend this company enough if you are looking for help with your next project!

    I've had AC issues for years, & my property manager has been great about contacting AllStar whenever they occur. The company has always reached out same day, and had a tech scheduled to take a look the next day. Alex has been fixing my AC since 2018, and I ask for him everytime. He is honest, knowledgeable, and overall an awesome tech. If the owner sees this, you couldn't ask for a better technician than Alex. He always does a thorough inspection and clever fixes to get my AC back up running. Now it appears my unit may need replacing, & if so there is no other company or technician I'd trust more. Thanks for bringing my AC back to life for many years and providing great service.
