Nick was amazing.. my ac in my office/garage was not working for 6weeks..I was suffering with 4 fans. 3 people said I needed a new unit 6k. My duct guy referred all star. I Allen and they fit me in right away. Nick was on time and I told him the situation, before giving me an estimate he said "can I take a look?" He found a burnt out wire that wasn't needed. Taped it and said turn on your ac. I was in shock. IT WORKED. It was 2 days before my birthday and it was the best present ever. He made sure that I had enough freon and checked My filter. I couldn't write the check fast enough. I wish there were more honest workers out there like Nick. I said your the best and he said the guy that trained him was better. Highly recommended and I will use them from now on..THANK YOU

All Star replaced a complete heat pump system for me in January 2021. I found the pricing competitive and liked the fact that they included everything in the quoted price without trying to upsell me on things that should be included. The office staff was always courteous and followed through with getting back to me on things they couldn’t answer right away. The install team was top notch and did a quality and thorough installation. Unfortunately, I had a product failure within the warranty period, but All Star was able to effectively diagnose and replace the evaporator coil with no "out of pocket" cost to me. I had an additional problem having to do with an enrollment and subsequent cancellation of an extended warranty (which was my fault) that All Star helped me to resolve. The company owner, Les, made himself available to help champion my issue. To me, that alone speaks volumes. All Star definitely understands customer service and made me feel valued. I recommend this company without reservation — they will be my first call for my next HVAC need.

Scheduled All Star heating to replace our AC system. They communicated prior to the day on what time they would be coming out and they were on time and moved quickly. The team was professional, nice and easy to work with. They answered lots of questions by our 4 yr old on what was going on. They offer a great warranty on some of their units as well. Would highly recommend using them.

I had a package unit air conditioner with natural gas heating system installed. From the point of getting a quote to completing the installation, All Star Heating & Cooling were excellent. After receiving the quote I had additional questions. I was replacing a system and wanted to be sure the new system would do a better job. Les, the owner, responded to my numerous queries via text and phone expeditiously. When I decided to proceed, Les and his team/staff, kept me up to date on their locating the unit during these times when production has had many delays across the country. When the installation was scheduled I was told to expect them at 6:30AM. The technician was at my door at 6:30 on the dot! The techs were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and Covid safe. The job was great from A-Z.

I am very pleased and just, happy! with the service I received from your company. We had the pleasure of AJ and Mike to install our new AC system in our first home we just purchased in February. They were very thoughtful, informative, and pleasant to be around and have here in our home for the installation. I will continue to have them be our “go to guys” to bring back here for my yearly inspections since we got to know them and they were able to install our system, they are like family :-)

Excellent service, communication and price. We had our whole system fail and were getting the runaround from our home warranty company's "trusted" partners. Everyone at AllStar was with us every step of the way, diagnosing the issue, getting a straightforward answer about what it means, and how best to combat the problem. We ended up going for a full system replacement. Every question was answered and no stone was left unturned during the process. The crew that came in to do the install were efficient, patient, and polite. Truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
