Everything was exactly as advertised. Was installed with no problems. Works fine. Office staff were helpful, warehouse workers, too. There was some damage to the bottom brace most likely caused by the forklift but it didn't affect the units overall effectiveness, this is why I gave four stars, however. I'd use Budget Heating & Cooling again. I'd just check the equipment in the yard more thoroughly though.

Great company to deal with. They called ahead before order was shipped to verify all items ordered. I have referred some friends and family to this company already if they need any HVAC needs. Juan was great and I thank all who was involved in the ordering process.

Order arrived in very good condition with only 3 small dents (2” or less”) that were noticeable over the entire unit and they do not affect operation in the least. It has been working perfectly for almost 2 weeks now and installing wasn’t even very difficult. Luckily, my next door neighbor worked in AC and R for 30 years and helped for a few hours, but I had done 80% before I even asked him for advice. Hopefully I won’t need another unit for 20 years; but if I do I will probably order from Budget Heating & Air Conditioning again!

Great service and friendly staff. Local Tampa company offering great prices and knowledge. Being able to deal with a local company makes all the difference when making large purchases.

The UV bulb ($75) for the air purifier lasted approximately 48 hours then failed. No returns on electrical items per the instructions. I called about any warranty. I had to leave message for the customer representative. I never received a callback. Very disappointed!!!

A/C and Furnace unit arrived undamaged and in good condition. Fred called to confirm the right unit was selected. It's installed and working well.

Received in great condition. The order took a lot longer to get to me than they said it would. All in all it worked out in the end. System is working great.

Had some shipping damage but everyone at Budget were extremely helpful with taking care of the issue.

Making a choice wasn't easy but the $800 rebate made it easy to buy the better unit and get most of it back! Fast shipping and I got an awesome driver. Thanks guys. I will buy again.
