The AC Therapist are the best in my opinion from their office to their techs. They replaced my old ac quick and right the first time. From their professionalism to their awesome customer service, they are top notch.

A/C Therapist just finished installing a new central A/C system for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from the beginning to having my house cool again. They are profession and efficient, showing up on time and communicating very well. Also, they are very good people with a high level of integrity. They shoot straight with you, and don’t try to blow smoke up your butt or over-sell you. When I mistakenly wrote them a check for more than I should have, the owner, Richard, let me know. I’ve had some very bad experiences in the past with another A/C company, which makes me just that much more appreciative to have found these folks. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend A/C Therapist. Great name too, huh?

Wow...you are awesome. Your guy came out Sunday and gave me 3 options. I literally forgot your quotes. Delt with others that, well, we're interesting. On Thursday, you sent me a text, I went back and looked at the quote. Said I wanted to increase the size of my AC. Without a problem, within 5 min, I got a new quote to replace my AC. Eddy and the guys came out, removed and replaced my old unit with a new Comfortair. I was concerned that the AC would not shut off. I reached out, and you sent Eddy out. He spent time with me, checking out the temp. I am so very pleased that you reached back out to me. A great company. Wonderful experience with the process and the techs. I do hope the owner sees this. You have a GREAT group of well trained employees. Thank you for doing a great job in this heat and for going out of your way to work with me.
Again, thank you for all you do.

I use these guys again today for my office. I signed up for the Quarterly tune plan and they came in and did their magic. I find it awesome how they take photos of everything they do, they make sure you know they are doing their part, and there is no guessing or doubting they did their job. The technician Barbaro was in and out of the job, and sent us a detailed report of what he did, saw, and recommends. No joking around, no playing on his phones, straight to work. He even cleaned his mess before leaving. These guys are pros!

After researching multiple HVAC companies, we used The AC Therapists to remove an almost 30 year old system and give us a complete new install. The original estimate was for repairing our old system but we quickly learned that parts were scarce, the freon wasn't up to new emission standards and we would likely need to replace the system within a year anyway. Our estimator sent us a quote for a complete reinstall as well as repairing of our original system. We decided to replace rather than repair and to our surprise they were ready to do the work one day after approving the quote. The crew was professional, quick and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The initial contact, quote processes, approval and installation went as well as could be expected.
It's the post installation communication that needs some improvement. No one from the company contacted us and explained the new system, its recommended professional maintenance interval (perfect time to pitch a maintenance plan), warranty, or the new filter size it required. The last one is importance because when I decided to measure myself to purchase replacements I discovered that there wasn't even a filter in the handler at all. They did deliver one promptly when I raised the issue and included a free mesh debris cover for the compressor.
Great company to do business with but their post work communication is lacking. You'd think at the very least you would want to pitch your maintenance plan as that lines up future income. I would use them again with no issues, our system is blowing cold!

I STOPPED my 20 year old Freon R-22 leaking TRANE heatpump system so it could be replaced with a new and much quieter 3-ton TempStar* (R-410a) Heat Pump and Air Handler.
Thousand$ LE$$ than three other quotes. Work completed in ~6hrs, including inspection and retaping all flex-duct joints for good measure. Included UV anti-mold light, Z-wave programmable T-stat, and twelve deep-pleated filters. And a removable screen to keep leaves out of the condenser unit
Old Trane equipment hauled away and work areas cleaned up spotlessly.

*TempStar is a nember of United Technologies Corporation group, the same parent company that owns brands like Carrier...Sikorsky, Pratt & Whitney, Otis Elevator and more. Good enough for me.

We found the AC therapist through thumbtack and they did awesome! They informed my husband of what needs to be done with our AC and were well priced. We now have a continuing plan with them for routine maintenance. Thanks for working so hard guys!

They came out right away on a Saturday flushed out my system which is 16 years old. The price wa s extremely reasonable I thought it would be a lot more to be honest with you. I will definitely use them again in the future and most likely buy a new AC unit with them My technician was Kavin and I can't say enough nice things about him He was wonderful!!!

All I advise is read the Terms and conditions ON THE WEBSITE. This place will say whatever it takes to get you into their contracts. The terms and conditions on the estimate will be extremely surface level. I am Currently sitting in a 90 degree room after they installed my AC promising “labor costs” covered for two years. Now they are trying to charge me a 700 for labor to clean the unit well within that timeframe.I have changed filters on this unit monthly in some cases bi monthly. Even purchased pet friendly air filters! But they still try to blame my maintenance. I can’t go anywhere else to fix it or the entire warranty on the brand new unit is thrown out per their terms and conditions ON THE WEBSITE. Proceed with caution at this place, ask the right questions.
