The AC Therapist

The A/C Therapist did an incredible job with my AC replacement and new ductwork. When the inspection came, he was surprised by the great quality of work. I jus recommend my neighbors and they are also very happy with a repair on the same day they called!!!. Will use again.

They were prompt, reliable and hard working. First they repaired the Very old unit so that it could limp along until I could replace it. They fit me in To their schedule quickly and were very respectful and professional. I recommend them highly.

Richard and his team did an amazing job installing our new Rheem air conditioning system. The team was on time and walked us through the install process. They were honest and transparent.

I scheduled an appointment today after reading the great reviews and free estimates offered. I was immediately texted confirmation that a technician would come on the requested date it provided his full name however it was a different technician who came over. That was odd but didn’t mind it too much. The technician that came over to provide me with a free estimate did not provided me that. All he did was take a look at the AC unit from a distance, took a pic to determine the year and also glanced at the other part of the unit that’s in the garage. Nothing related to the AC unit was taken apart not even touched. All he asked was to see the breaker box and said it was off and turned it back on and looked at the thermostat and set it to 66 degrees to make sure the unit turned on which it did. All that took less than 5 minutes and could’ve told me to do it myself rather than charge $75 for labor and time. That was really excessive. All I wanted was the free estimate and the technician started doing things without telling me he would charge me for this until it was done. I paid and got a receipt but I don’t feel that was right. I am very dissatisfied with how the technician handled the situation.

Thank you for the reply Mr. Morales however my point is being missed, the technician should have mentioned that he would be charging $75 before doing any service not afterwards, that way the client is aware of a charge and then will agree or not for the technician to perform the service this makes for a better customer service experience, especially when you advertise free estimates and that is what I had scheduled. I realize other companies charge for their estimates and credit it if you agree to do the service but that is different, the client is already aware of a fee. As far as the free tune up service you are offering me, thank you but i'll decline. I have learned from this experience. This matter is over and done with. Good Day.

On time. Did excellent job. Recommended a simple to install covering on my outside AC condenser that prevents leaves piling up in it. Very fair price of $69.

Richard and his team were fantastic. They were responsive - at our place of business within one hour of calling. They were professional and offered several options at various price points. I would highly recommend them.

Great family business and he arrives when he said he would and finished my new AC and air handler in the same day sitting in ice cold AC by 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Excellent communication!

This is one of the few excellent HVAC vendors in the area. I had 5+ HVAC contractors quote me over the course of a two months of a poorly performing system, this was the only company that correctly diagnosed the issue.

Every other vendor I dealt with immediately wanted to replace the entire system. Mind you, a new AC unit wouldn't have fixed the deteriorating ductwork, which was ultimately the problem.

The custom duct work installed by AC Therapist was clearly the work product of a craftsman. This caliber of workmanship is rare; as such, let me save you the time of researching/hiring/firing the wrong company, and recommend you hire these folks.

Again, these guys stand out from the rest!
