Great company! Clean, responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I have the bi-annual routine maintenance service with Total Air and know my AC is on tip-top condition whenever they leave. Wilder came to complete my most recent routine maintenance and was excellent. He took his shoes off in the house (without me asking) and was sure to keep things clean during his service. When he was done, I could hardly tell he was here except for seeing my system clean outside (he sprayed the outside unit down to ensure it kept its sparkling clean look). Thank you Wilder and the entire crew at TAS! You guys rock!

Pedro was right on time for my service appointment. He took care to do all he was supposed to do for the 6 months service. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He took extra time to fix one of the air handler panels that wasn’t sealed properly from the factory. He completed all the required items. He didn’t have the correct air filter for my unit on his truck so he said he would get one and come back later that day. He showed back up that afternoon with the correct air filter and got it installed. He went beyond any service I have had previously. Thank you Pedro!

Pedro was on time, very helpful in answering questions about our HVAC, and serviced them well. He was friendly and explained things clearly so we understood what was being done and tips for maintenance. Great service and when we have our 6 month checkups we’ll be requesting Pedro specifically!

We have been using Total Air for some time now. Their maintenance plan is excellent, and you are called when it is time for your six month checkup. If there is a problem with your AC they do their best to respond quickly.

The serviceman (Jacq) who arrived (on time) today was most courteous, and did a thorough inspection of our AC, both inside and out. He was able to spot an area that could have given us problems later in the summer, and took care of it immediately.
You would not go wrong in signing up with Total Air Solutions!

Kevin’s team did a great job installing the ac unit. Trevor in particular was working in my condo. He was very thorough and very patient with me. He explained in detail how the unit operated and what to do if it stopped functioning. Your company is very lucky to have such a stellar employee as Trevor. He went over and beyond explaining things to me. Thank you.

Gary was very nice and knowledgeable. He was well versed in what was wrong, quickly diagnosed and repaired effectively. I got a flat tire on the way home and the company was very understanding to me being late to my appointment. I would def use them again.

I can't say enough about Total Air and their technicians! I called to have service and they were there within the hour! Who does that?! Brian was so patient with my 89 year old aunt! Thank you for always providing excellent service and going above and beyond

Total Air Solutions did a wonderful job with my AC install. My previous AC, which was quite old, quit cooling and I needed a quick replacement. Chris was very responsive, gave me several options that met my needs and budget, and quickly scheduled the installation. The installation team, Demetrius and Leandro, were very professional and did a great job removing the old condenser and blower and installing the new system. Really happy with Total AC and highly recommend.

Wilder came out this morning to service our unit. He was very thorough and courtesy throughout the entire process today. Really appreciate him and Total Air Solutions!

Was very, very pleased with how responsive Total Air Solutions Tampa was. They kept us informed of when our service technician would arrive. Our technician, Jacq (whom I highly recommend) was very thorough and answered a long list of questions I had regarding our system and it's maintenance.
