Total Air Solutions - Tampa

I’d like to thank Total Air and their technician James for recently providing excellent service. We called Total Air in the morning and they sent James to repair our AC system that afternoon. James quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. He was super friendly and explained what he had done. The Total Air office should also be recognized for their customer service. They kept in touch with me to let me know when James would arrive. We have used Total Air before and highly recommend them.

Patrick was excellent. He diagnosed our problem quickly, was efficient, informative, and made sure to get us the best deal possible. We have used several air services before and Total Air is by far the best!

Patrick is always very friendly and professional. he has helped us with both routine maintenance and troubleshooting problems. He keeps us updated while he is assessing our systems and explains issues thoroughly to keep us informed.

My air conditioner was serviced by Total Air Solutions technician, Jacq, on July 1, 2022. I had this completed on a routine basis by Total Air Solutions BUT nothing like I experienced this time. He took his time, explained what he was doing, and why and open doors on the attic handler that no one else had ever done. He showed me where problems might happen if this area was not serviced properly. Bottomline, Jacq did a very professional job and I welcome him back as my go to tech when any additional service is accomplished. Well done and thank you Jacq. Morris Schallenberger

Our technician Dylan Schmidt was on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable about our unit. He did a great service job and educated me on some options including a UV light that I am very interested in. We have been working with Total Air Solutions since they installed our brand new unit and have been happy with the service ever since. Each technician has gone above and beyond. Jacq was our technician and did a wonderful job. He was here to check my A/C unit because it seemed to just run all day. The only issues he found was dirty air handler and A/C coil and cleaned them both and gave me some details on how to maintain our system and shared the maintenance plan the company had to offer for the future. This was my first time calling Total Air Solutions and it is a great company to do business with and will be adding them to my speed dial. Thanks!!!!

Pleased w/ Total Air service. I am waiting to hear when compressor Will be installed at 1409 S.E. 46th. Lane unit 106. I am currently out of state & unit 206 Will be available for the service when they arrive. I'VE been quoted a price & would like Total Air to send the bill to Me in Pa. If possible.
