1 year since we had our new system installed and we could not be happier.

From the first meeting with Al, when we were looking to purchase a system, to the last time Stephan preformed regular maintenance for us, the entire team at Total Air Solutions has been amazing. Customer service is outstanding and the maintenance staff is one of the most professional I have worked with in a long time.

They really take care of there customers like family. We’re glad to of had Total Air Solutions take care of our HVAC needs. Call them, I am sure you will be glad you did, we are!

Patrick was great to work with and helped me through an issue over the phone at one point when I was having a technical issue with programming a thermostat. I felt like I needed a masters degree to understand the Manuel, he walked me right through my issue!

Both Pedro and Jacq were pleasant and efficient and solved our problems. Melissa assisted by ensuring that we received the service before we were leaving the home for an extended period.

Very professional. Came and got the job done. The crew, Demitrius Crump and Leandro Martin were very nice and friendly. Professionals and helpful. Explained everything to me, very happy with my install, best thing is after they got the job done everything was clean and done nicely. Very happy and definitely recommend.

Wilder came out to fix an issue with the heating system because it wasn't working. He was on time and very professional. He even showed/explained the issue and what he did to correct it. Wilder was great. I would recommend him for any system maintenance issues.
