Jose really took time out to assess the situation and he stated what the cause may have been and he took his time and patience to do the best he could to correct and complete the job! And informed me there is still more work to be done at a later date. So I'm very much appreciative for his services and the time he spent in this hot weather to service my need. Thank you Jose!!

Rolando's HVAC installed a new AC unit and a new thermostat in my house. They did an amazing job! The crew was very courteous, professional and fast. The new AC unit is working much better than the old one! Not only they installed AC but they tidied up everything making look professional and a lot better than it used to look. I had a broken piece of drywall by the air handler. They put it back up and patch up the seam!

The quote that Rolando gave me also a lot less than the competitors. I am really happy that we used Rolando's HVAC company and planning on using them in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix or replace their AC unit!

This company has been to my house two different times. Totally expert and professional. Great listeners since we kept having trouble with our AC. They also helped me see what was wrong. Never felt less for talking with them. They came all the way from Tampa quick both times. Highly recommend!!

Once they arrived, the technician was quick and respectful. They were late and not direct about running late but once I called for a follow up when they hadn't arrived, they were immediately able to get me an answer as to why and when they would be by. The technician was very helpful and cleaned up the area well. Would recommend to anyone.

Jose with Rolando’s HVAC did an amazing job fixing our A/C! Our rental company wasn’t doing much to help. Once they sent Rolando’s the ticket, nobody called us to schedule the repair. The rental company had already let us go 2 days with no air and it had been 86 in the house and we have a baby and dog. I called The number provided for Rolando’s and within an hour they sent the ticket as urgent and had it scheduled for later that day. Jose was early and replaced the fan motor, capacitor, and thermostat in an hour! Thank you so much Jose and Rolando’s!

These guys do a great job. They are on time and get the work done quickly. They also took the time to explain things to us and made the whole experience a pleasure. Also got a good price/value.

Rolando’s was contracted through the property management company that I rent my home through, but I would absolutely give them a call myself if I were a homeowner. Ernesto and Eddy arrived in a timely manner and quickly repaired my A/C. They were both very knowledgeable and kind. Rolando’s gives updates via email and text of scheduling, when a technician is en route as well of status updates and that is so very helpful!

Ernesto and his associate did a fantastic job on my service call for a clogged AC handler condensation drain pipe.

In addition to cleaning out the drain pipe that was badly clogged, they cleaned the coils (inside and outside units), replaced the capacitor, and added insulation to the coolant lines. They were able to increase the airflow of the unit and lower the air temperature, both of which are going to save me money on my electric bill. They also added a safety switch to the drain pipe that activates if the drain pipe ever becomes clogged again so that water won't run out all over the intake area under the unit behind the air filter. The way it's configured, I can pop the switch out of the pipe to send condensation water into a bucket in case it ever happens again and I need to wait a day for service.

They were on time for the appointment, friendly, fast, and professional. I highly recommend the company based on Ernesto and his associate's excellent job here. I can't say anything about the cost because I'm a tenant, and the bill for this work will go to the landlord. Otherwise, I highly recommend the company.

The tech was prompt, and ran a full diagnostic on the system. Although he originally thought it was a simple freon refill it was not, which he was able to discern because he stuck around and made sure the system was cooling adequately after filling with freon. It turned out to be a leak in the pressurized freon container which he detected and replaced in a timely manner on that same trip. He was thorough and personally guaranteed the job, telling us if anything went wrong with the work he did to contact him personally and he would come fix it without the hassle of another work order. Great service, would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends!
