I reported the outage to my rental company late afternoon on Sunday. Rolandos was out and had the HVAC back up and running before noon Monday morning!!! They were very nice and Luis was able to diagnose and fix it very quickly. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. Being with out AC in Florida in summer is horrible and Rolandos understands that!

These guys are 5 stars for a reason. Super professional. I've never had such a positive experience dealing with contractors. Prompt service that was above and beyond. Attention to detail. They have earned a client forever for sure.

They were very prompt and always answered when I call. The only downfall was the tech that came did not speak hardly any English so it was very difficult to communicate and explain what the issue was and him tell me what he found and what caused it. Other than that. Service was wonderful. He was very nice and prompt and I love the constant communication, emails and texts about where my tech was at and when he would arrive.

I had an AC emergency and Rolando's HVAC was able to send someone out next day to help. Ernesto was the representative who came out, he was friendly, punctual, and took care of the issue in no time at all. I appreciated that he showed me photos of the issue and explained how it was fixed.

Jose was great! He did an excellent job of evaluating the issue with our AC and worked efficiently. Now after suffering 10 days without AC we can be inside our home thanks to Jose. We highly recommend working with him, and now we know who to call should we ever need assistance with our AC in the future!

Great team. Next day service, no waiting a week like most other companies. They fixed my garage door correctly and installed all new parts. It opens way faster than it used to.

Both of Rolando's HVAC, LLC workers who came to our home were very professional, neat, and cleaned up after they completed their work. They worked efficiently and quickly replaced our Air Handler inside the house and the A/C compressor unit outside the house.

Yuniel was wonderful. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and went right to fixing it. He was very genuine and made sure to inform me what caused the a/c to go out. Would absolutely recommend this company to others in need. Loved that I could track my tech as I have dogs and were able to get them handled prior to him arriving!
