The working guy fell threw our ceiling, which was repaired somewhat, I had to provide my paint and finish painting.
But what bothers me the most, its the supervisor Eddie, whom I asked to check the work. I had to point him with the finger to the gap between the unit in the garage and the stand, the cold air was going out, to our garage. I know nothing about AC, but common! He was so ready to collect the check, "to pay my guys, our job is done". I asked, "Done? What about repairing my ceiling?" He said his company doesn't allow him to get to the ceiling, I wanted to ask, "why are you here, then?" I asked him specifically to get to the ceiling and check. He lied, saying that he would.
He said, no need to get the county involved and to check their job, which was another red flag for me. I used this company for 10 years, and every time I had nothing to complain about.
Paying this company 14k and to get this poor job?

We purchased an entire redo: Outdoor unit, air handler in the attic and all new ductwork.
The install went relatively smooth. We had the few hiccups to be expected. But then making it run right was their downfall.
The attic unit kept “sweating” and I repeatedly asked them to fix it. They tried a bunch of different things from chocking returns, to chocking supplies, ultimately kind of giving up. I know I did. I finally accepted the fact that I wouldn’t get near the 25 year life expectancy out of this thing that I should.
We paid extra for a nicer unit. 2 stage, Aka...well the unit kept sweating. It started cutting out now due to excessive sweating this summer.
Called them out and guy walks in “You need another return, that’ll be $500” I asked if it will solve the problem...”it’s simple science””, of course....”
Well if it’s so simple why did it take this long to figure out the solution, and why am I being charged for it, if should have been included to begin with?
I reluctantly agree to do the work. Different guy shows up next day cut in the return and gives me a completely different set of explanations.
I finally get rid of them and call for a 2nd opinion.
My unit was wired for a single stage compressor and the thermostat was programmed as such as well.
Freon was low by 2lbs...what ever that means...
To summarize: they answer the phone, they take your money, and they “try” to fix the problem, but just are not qualified on the finer details. Hence 2 stars.
Update: 3 years later this is the inside of my unit. Full of mold and got my babies sick. If you are under new ownership I would like a phone call.
Update 4: I have not received a call from you.

Great service. The young men were very knowledgeable and polite. The clean up after was appreciated!

I recently lost my dad to a battle with cancer and inherited my childhood home, the ac stopped blowing cold air so it was so hot in here we were all dripping sweat. They sent Eddie out to our house and he was so nice and caring about the situation and helped us wonderfully. Got it fixed within 30 minutes. Greatly recommend to anybody and everybody!

Air National, thank you very much!! In March 2021 I got a new A/C unit installed by Air National, my house has not been this cool for 20 years. Last week when we had a small issue, the ladies in the office scheduled a technician to be at my house very soon. The day of our appointment, the same technicians (Sam G. and Eddie G.) got an emergency call, they called me before assuming and accepting the other appointment. My house was cool, so I thanked them for calling, and understood. They took the other appointment, resolved their issues, and still made it to my house within the original time window. They provided excellent support and were very kind and fast. Again, thank you Air National!! DH Dave

I had to replace my case coil and it was great working with Nationwide Home Solutions. Alexandria was very helpful in coordinating the appointment and Bill did a fantastic and thorough job in getting the coil installed. I did have an issue with another component unrelated to the coil and Bill was out early the next day to repair it and put my mind at ease by answering the multitude of questions I had. I would recommend them if you are looking for AC repair/maintenance.

I used this company named Nationwide Home Solutions (formerly Air National A/C & Heating) to perform A/C maintenance services for my home in Hillsborough county in Florida. A guy named Eddie Glisson came by and was a true professional. He arrived on time, wore a mask, and talked me through his examination of my system. He broke things down in a way that I could understand and I could tell that his 30+ years of experience have served him well. He was, also, very personable. I am not sure if all their service men are on that dame level of skills, knowledge, expertise, and demeanor as Eddie, but, if they are, you can’t go wrong selecting this company for your home’s a/c needs. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We have used air national when he moved into our home in 2012 since the prior owners used them. I even had a monthly plan with them and they would come to my house every 6 mos of "service" on both of our systems. We have had a coupe things repaired and really never bothered to compare prices as we have never had an issue and they were always helpful and friendly. In May, our pump went out on our upstairs unit and they came to the house and gave me a quote of 1200.00 with my gold discount with the monthly plan I am on. We thought that was extremely high since the upstairs unit is so small. We were right. I called another highly recommended company that services my area and they came to my house. The quoted me 250.00 for the part with installation. Air National was trying to charge me 4 times that amount. I was floored. Made me think of everything else they had been overcharging me for. Not only that, the company also stated it looks like my pump had never been cleaned and it was so caked with gunk. Not sure what I was paying a service plan for when clearly after looking at the inside of the pump, it had never been cleaned. I would never recommend this company as they obviously over charge.

Very dishonest and sketchy people. Had our unit put in in 9/2009. Was told in 5/10 we had a bad fan relay. Labor $375.00. Then in 3/12 was told we had a bad evaporator coil (which should've lasted the lifetime of the unit). Labor cost $560.00. 9/14 replaced Capacitor labor $195.00. 11/15. Replaced evaporator coil AGAIN. labor $200.00. 8/17 can't read what they did but it cost us $150.00. Not once have I seen where anyone cleaned our evaporator coil. They just replaced it not once but twice. They're coming today but I'm much smarter and I'm going to be right beside him all the way. My evaporator coil will be cleaned. I will NEVER do business with them again. Shame on you Air National. Can't even read the techs name half the time nor what they did. Won't be like that today.

A good company does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it and Air National is a good company they said they would arrive before three and they did. The repairman said he could fix my clogged line and he did. This is a great company that does high quality work at affordable pricing.
