Check BBB or Angie's List to verify how awful they are. They have more complaints than any other AC company I've seen, ever. These people have no moral compass, they don't care about the elderly so they certainly won't care about you and frankly I'm peeved!!
**Warning Don't Trust These People**
Personally, I had an absolutely horrible experience with them. They came out a while ago, when they did they explained to me all the issues we were having. They said it all had to be replaced, there was no other choice. They put the "fear sales" tactic on me which I don't appreciate. Come to find out, it was a single part that cost $120 that needed to be replaced compared to our quote for $8,500. It's been working fine every since (after Another company came out to fix it, which didn't try to rip me off).
They charged a lot of money just to come out even though they didn't do anything. I told the second company that came out about what they told me. He said they were just trying to make a quick buck! The fact is they try to play us for a fool due to our lack of knowledge over A/C's then we pay up. They are exactly like the companies you hear on the local news trying to fraud people. Shame on them! It wasn't one person either, it was the lady on the phone too that kept tripping on her own lies over and over again.
Here's the kicker: They were supposed to fix a leak too, when the second guy came out - he said they didn't cover the air duct back so basically it had no insulation. When I called about all of this, she (the lady that answers the phone) acted like she was annoyed by me then made excused and then she started tripping on her own lies.
Go with whatever company you'd like. We used Sears for years, zero complaints. Extremely professional, nice, fair prices but a bit expensive non-the-less.I ended up going with small business named Astro because they have a 100% clean record, 5 stars across the web and frankly they're a small business so their prices are much cheaper! - I did a very thorough state check with them too (after dealing with these guys). I can't say enough about how great they were, these are the type of local businesses that make a honest living.
I'd like to end on the very disturbing complaints I came across. They have a record for playing everyone for dumb - even the elderly! We have a big problem in Florida with elderly people being used and abused. This company took advantage of a lot of people. From cheap parts they used that they refuse to replace to charging $8,000 for a $125 part. And you think those rave reviews are real? I would say they're likely fake being that so many of the other reviews say a completely different story. You've been warned, I hope you make the right choice!

Of course as it happens to be a holiday weekend and hurricane weekend and the AC goes out as friends arrive from the east coast to escape the storm. Suntino could not have been more helpful via phone to fix the AC problem. Very kind, great communication and follow up!

I fell victim to this company for a repair on my furnace and that is by far the worst mistake I have ever made. I had a 2 components replaced and the total was almost $800!!! After investigating the cost of the components it was determined that the parts totaled about $150 OR LESS...and they were only at my home for less than 45 minutes. Company seems to have decent employees but whoever determines the price is a CROOK. After completing the service I had multiple representatives contact me about additional work and provide quotes that were $900 different. How can the same company have 2 different people call the same person and offer a service with a $900 difference. Avoid at all costs...and warn your fellow neighbors!! After looking at all the other reviews it is about time that the local newspapers and news channels hear what the consumers have to say.

We just had Air National out to our home to fix a broke capacitor on our unit. The tech had the old one out and the new one in ASAP. Our unit now fires up every time ,on time, no long delays or worse... thanks to Air National.

I bought a groupon from this company and from calling 2 days in a row I couldn't get their business hours for regular repair and maintenance (non emergency service). I also wasnt told when I would be contacted by the main service receptionist. This company doesnt have a number to reach their main office. Everytime you call the "off site" receptionists just tell you that you will be contacted by the main office to schedule an appointment. Just feel very led on by this company. Plus the off site receptionists arent very friendly. All I asked was when can I expect to hear from the main office and all I get is "well I'm an off site receptionist and I dont know the hours of the main office for scheduling an appointment" in a rude tone to top it off if I could rate a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Terrible customer service and no organization within their company what so ever.

This company is all about the scam and getting your money! They come out and basically tell you that you need a whole new system for no matter what is the issue even regular maintenance. We had a second opinion from a reputable company after being told we had a major issues and the other company said we were scammed and nothing was wrong. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

A/C unit was serviced by Eddie Glisson. Came out same day to look at AC unit that was shutting off or not responding. Cleaned the drain line as it looks like it may have been backing up.

Should be a ZERO - This company is run by crooks... My girlfriend had these jokers out to investigate why her house isn't cooling as well as it should. The technician found "yellow stuff" covering the coils. He said the coils needed to be replaced and would cost $1,800!!!! Guess what the yellow stuff is? - It's insulation from when the duct work was replaced. That A-hole should have just cleaned the coils and called it good and been paid a fair wage. But NO, these jerks see a girl and think they can take her to the bank. 5 minutes with a vaccuum and those coils would have been clean.
I guess the AC business isn't good enough in FL, they have to find girls to prey off of... Disgusting doesn't even start to sum this company up.
