Texted Sunday night, received almost immediate response. Tech came out Monday morning and diagnosed/ fixed the issue. Would use again.

I found "The AC Therapist" on the thumbtack app. The AC Therapist had great customer service and provided competitive transparent pricing for my service. The compressor fan to my outside HVAC unit needed to be replaced. They had the part on hand and fixed my AC the same day. I would highly recommend!

I dealt with Jason and they were super fast (came within 2 hours), super nice, communicated very well, and followed covid protocol at my request. Made sure to shut the gate for dogs when done as asked. The price was extremely fair and reasonable! I absolutely have added these "Therapists" to my CALL if my AC has any other breakdowns. ;) HIGHLY RECOMMEND and trust me, when someone is an idiot or gives bad service or charges too much I am the queen of loud Karen type complaints and bad reviews. These people were SUPER! 100% recommend!

The guys were courteous and professional whatever adjustments that was made to the wall was done neatly they didn’t leave a mess the removal of the old unit was removed and the new unit put in place everything was explained to me before, during and after I’m pleased with their service and would recommend to friends amd family

From start to finish Fantastic Experience. I came home to a very hot house they were fast at responding to my request. Arrived a head of schedule and were in and out (Loved that). After they left we thought we were still having issues they were prompt to offer a technician to come back out but it turned out to be a mistake and they no longer had to come back, none the less it was great that they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

The techs showed up within the hour that I called. They were very informative and professionally respectful. The work was done thoroughly and finished within the hour. The price was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. I would without a doubt use them again and will refer them to anyone in need of an ac guy.

I want to be balanced about my experience, the good and not very good. First, they showed up to my rental property within an hour of me calling them and fixed my problem. I genuinely appreciate such responsiveness. Here's what I really didn't like...they did the repair without first giving me the estimate, then called to tell me I needed to authorize the repair first. Problem is, they lied. My tenant called me before this to inform the repair was already made. In other words, I owed the money before I even got an estimate. Ultimately, the price seemed very high to me for what they did, but that's their right to charge what they want to charge, but I have a right to refuse to hire them ("free estimate"). The tech was dishonest with me. I can't help but wonder...what if they decided to charge me double? triple? I would have no recourse or decision making ability. That seems like a dishonest way to do business and I'm not even sure that's legal. Consider the good with the bad.

AC Therapist was at a neighbor's house when I learned of them. Neighbors was super pleased with their work and professionalism so I gave them a call.
Kevin came over same day gave me a quote to replace my whole house duct work. The engineer scheduled the same day to evaluate the duct work and materials needed for the job and had the crew ready the next day to do the work. They came in professionally covered everything and went to work. There detailed was spot on and their work ethic was great. I would definitely refer them for all your AC needs.
