Richard and his staff are truly amazing. They are professional and friendly. I like that this company gives free estimates, explain things, and send pictures. This is my 4th or 5th time using his services and I will continue to use their services.

After having a service contract with another company, my A/C which was working fine before maintenance all the sudden needed a $400+ fix. I felt uneasy about the situation so I called the AC Therapist for a second opinion. They were prompt, on time and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They informed me that a wire had been removed (looked like on purpose — he said he’s never seen it accidentally become removed in over 20 years and replaced it.) and the AC immediately worked again. They are reputable and honest. I would give them 100 stars if I can. They are great!

Truly thankful and grateful for quality cost saving work. Immediately care to set up new system and duct work for relief of warm weather and soon to be cold weather. Consideration of the need for air flow within each room and the size of unit needed to perform well and efficient. All material on board to complete the job in one day along with the crew that it would take. Feel they may have cut the job short by leaving a some finish work undone like closing up old duck work and vapor barrier. Highly suggest following up on the finish work to clarify completed job well done.
I must admit the expectation of a completed job got in the way of praising how appreciative we were for a family discount. There is still big money being paid and end results are important for closure. Would highly recommend this company for the timely efficient work done. Regret having family involved. Maybe this was the reason for unfinished business.

I had set up for a technician to come out to look at my AC. They gave a THREE hour window of when they would arrive; 8am - 11am. Well, I had been waiting to get into see my doctor, who called me Friday evening to let me know there had been an early morning cancelation and asked if I could come in at 7:30am. It takes MONTHS to see this doctor; I either had to go to this appointment or wait until DECEMBER. So I attempted to call, but no one picked up. So then I sent a text message to the number that had texted me; it stated to send them a text if issues with scheduling. I sent them TWO text messages; no response. So Monday comes and I get a call while I'm sitting in the doctor's office; the tech is outside my door. I explain that I sent 2 messages stating I would not be home until 10am (the doctor's office is 45 minutes away from my home and we all know how sitting and waiting to see the doctor goes). The guy says we'll have to reschedule; I say I want a time when my husband is home. They purposely dodge these times (shady). So I say my husband will call back so he can look through his crazy work schedule. When my husband does call back, they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. First they lied and said they no longer service this area. This was confusing and my husband said that doesn't make sense since our original time was only last week. He asks for a manager after being given the runaround by the representative, who hangs up on him, a manager calls him back and says he marked our house down for refusal of service because we were "rude". What?! How is it rude to ask for a different time? Especially when I sent MULTIPLE text messages warning this company that I had to go to an important doctor's appointment that I could not put off. First the manager tried to say that I was rude when trying to reschedule; my husband let him know that was BS because he was sitting right next to me when I was talking to the guy! He knows I wasn't rude, especially because I was sitting in the doctor's office WITH OTHER PPL (strangers) NEAR ME. My husband had to drive me to the doctor's appointment because I was in too much pain to drive myself. Well, I have learned not to trust Google Reviews (recently learned businesses can pay to have Google remove certain reviews). Beware this company; if you don't oblige or cater to them, they will be very rude and "blacklist" you from service (which is a blessing, because I don't want shady individuals at my home anyways). That is, of course, after they are completely rude to you. There are other, much better and more professional companies. I also read through the other negative reviews; definitely shady practices. I'm already expecting a rude response back. I'm going with another company and I'll be sure to post them here if they do a great job.

Super excited that we found The AC Therapist! Everyone we spoke to from our customer service appointment, to the person that came to give us the estimate and the repairs made from another individual were all beyond professional! The same day I called, they had a gentleman come out and give us a quote. (Mind you, it was late in the afternoon when I called) We paid and they were out the next morning to start all the repairs. Impeccable service, including their professional up to date billing! We will continue doing business with The AC Therapist for years to come. Thank you!!

My a/c stopped working (blow motor seized up) and I used The A/C Therapist because of their high ratings online and I was not disappointed at all. They were fantastic to work with, the staff and repairmen were all friendly and efficient, and the repair was fairly priced. They don’t even charge a fee to come out and inspect. I will gladly use them again if needed, though I hope I don’t have to if you know what I mean (nobody wants their a/c to stop working!). You can be confident in using The A/C Therapist for your a/c repair needs! Thanks, again, to all of the men involved in quickly getting my a/c repaired and working again.
