Price was good. Everything came packaged right for shipping and all products purchased work. Just the line sets, the cooper was not up to standers very poor quality. Other then that would recommend using Budget Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.

I absolutely love my unit and everyone my brother and I have spoken to have been very courteous and helpful on any questions we had. The price was very reasonable for what I received. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the problem we had with the delivery of the unit. There were a few problems there … but when it was delivered, the man was very nice and the problems we had was out of his control. Again, I am very pleased with my new Heat/AC unit. Your patience and expertise is appreciated. Happy Holidays to all.

Fair pricing, fast shipping and extremely knowledgeable folks. Wasn't exactly sure of what I needed to get all the parts for a 5 ton split system, but they put together a package for me that had it all to complete the job in one order. You will never get service like that at the "big box" stores. Thanks Budget heating & Air.

One day after my credit card transaction posted on my credit card account, I've got a message from Mike Kopel: "Please call me regarding your recent order with us. We have to speak with you before we can ship your order." When I called him, he lied to me that there is a problem with my payment and he needs my credit card info (number, exp. date, and 3-digit security code). I gave him all info, except the security code. Then he asked me to e-mail him any official document with my name. I called my bank and they told me NOT TO SEND ANY DOCUMENTS to him. So I sent him only a confirmation that my card was charged and transaction already posted a day before. Mike Kopel replied: "Im sorry but per my accounting dept., They will not accept this as proof of billing. We will need to do a verification on your credit card in order to complete your transaction. Please call us on Monday." Beware of this strange company. You should think twice before ordering anything from their website, they are very unprofessional. My order was for $568.89 only.

Yes we received what we ordered, but how it all came packaged was pretty messy. The thermostat wire looked used, bent, and just thrown in the box. The copper line felt very thin and weak when trying to cut and bend it. The insulation tubing and all the pieces were not already set with the copper.

Ordered 50 foot thermostat cable and received it balled up in the box. To me it that much should have been on a spool. There was no communication when the item shipped. Had to call to find out it was shipped, the contact person was very nice.

After the visit I experienced, I was contacted by a staff member who was very concerned about my experience. He was very sorry for my complaint and I feel confident that what happened was a combination of a busy day which is to be expected from a company like this that is doing alot of sales. I do recommend this establishment for selling quality products and services.

Currently you cannot find a pool heat pump in Jersey. Supply chain is a mess and everyone is ordering 2-3 months out.
Called these folks, they had a heater in stock that they had on a truck ready to ship the next day. One week later it was in my backyard and being installed.
Whole process was simple, easy, reasonably priced. Zero complaints whatsoever.
