I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I was in the search for a heat pump system in January but really didn't know where to go or what to buy, until I discovered budget heating and air on their website, but I still had some more questions so I called and spoke to their salesman Fred who was knowledgable and friendly! I ended up buying a 5 ton Goodman brand system and supplies and picking it all up from their office in Tampa. The whole process from start to finish was professional, affordable, and quick. The unit has worked like a charm ever since too! It's not easy to find companies like this anymore who go above and beyond to make sure what you are getting fits YOUR needs and pocketbook as well as make the process seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for heating or air conditioning equipment or supplies! Thanks Budget!

I am only giving them one start, because you cannot post ZERO STARS. After reading the other reviews on this site and comparing them to my own experience, I can only assume that they were written by Budget Air themselves.
I have never done business with a company like this. Do not let the low prices fool you. They will up your total cost after you have paid in full.

Purchased a Rheem 3.5 ton Central Air AC Unit & 4 ton Condenser. It was in stock and was ready to be delivered in less than 48 hrs - amazing! Delivered right to my door. Hired Ralph from Home Air Defender who gave me a great price to install and he did a fantastic job. Love my new energy efficient unit. Budget Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc and Home Air Defender saved me several thousand dollars off the cost of a new HVAC! I would absolutely use them again!

the unit was shipped quickly and it was complete, the unit had some cosmetic damage to both pieces that was cause during the delivery process i'm sure but works fine so far.

the people at Budget Heating & Air were very helpful in purchase of my heat pump. The carrier that delivered the heat pump was very professional show me a couple of scratches that was on the area were a fork lift picks up. The rest of it was in perfect condition.
If I need anything else for heating or air condition I will use Budget Heating
