I called total air and explain to them that my air compressor sits out on my balcony which is on the fifth floor and currently we are doing balcony reconstruction and has no rails. So in order for a tech to go out there, they would need to wear a hard hat and be harnessed in . Many techs refused or turn down the job. Except Wade Hepp, he showed up on time I explained to him the situation and he had no issues with going out on the balcony strapped in after doing his inspection, the capacitor needed to be replaced and the freon was about a pound low. He took care of it quickly recommended a maintenance service twice a year, which after what he did I completely trust his recommendations and joined. Very professional and friendly AC technician evaluated my AC system and diagnosed the problem accurately. He gave me estimates for the work that needed to be done as well as the timeframes.

Jeff saved my whole year! Had an issue with a ductless mini split and he went step by step through the issue, explained everything, and had the problem fixed within minutes.
I couldn't appreciate Jeff and Total Air enough, and when it's time to replace my AC they will be the first place I go to.

Tech was very nice and explained everything in detail. Tech was personable and ensured I had all questions answered.

We are incredibly grateful that Total Air found a way to squeeze us into their schedule when our AC stopped working. My entire family is sick with Covid and this was the last thing we needed to be dealing with. They were kind, professional, and were able to repair our AC the same day. We received prompt communication to confirm that we were on their schedule and again when they were on their way, along with a picture so that we knew who to expect. Their technician, Wade, took time to explain everything to my husband and get us set up for future maintenance so that this does not happen again. Thank you Total Air, you cannot even begin to know how much we appreciate you.

Our AC stopped working and Total Air got to us in a timely manner even though we were not existing customers. Jon arrived on time and was great to work with. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything he needed to do. They are our new AC and heating guys!
