The people at Total Air are so great to work with!! Our AC went out on a super hot day (duh, it's Florida!). They were able to get a tech out the same day I called. We have an older unit so after finding out what the issue was, we decided to replace our HVAC system. They were prompt in getting replacement options to us and in scheduling after we decided what we wanted. They arrived and had us up and running when they said they would. I should mention, I was there when it went out and they came to diagnose but I left a day later. We live in another state, so the entire installation process was done without me being there! Bailey and Becca- thank you for the excellent communication! Arionna-thank you for explaining our options so well! Casey and Josh- thanks for giving me a heads up on your arrival! I also really appreciate you all wearing shoe covers- it shows respect for our home. I trust this company and would recommend them to anyone!

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Thoughtful, intelligent and thorough. We had a follow-on response same day. Actually within 30 min of finding microbes on our 27yr old air handler. yuk. Great experience. I love that I got a 30min heads up and a pic of Jeff before he arrived.

Tom was on time and knowledgeable on our issues and how we could help prevent it again. It was nice not to feel like you were getting sold on something but just addressing the issue. We signed up for the maintenance contract because the service was so great!

Total air does a excellent job. They have a great crew of technicians and very polite!

Casey went way above and beyond with trying to figure what the issue with my heater was. Ultimately it was an issue electrical issue and not an HVAC one, but he made sure to test every possible thing to make sure that it really wasn’t an issue in the heater. Super friendly and knowledgeable! He explained what he was testing and why each step of the way. Definitely will use him for any future needs!

I called 4 Air conditioning companies on a Saturday morning when I noticed my air conditioning had quit working, All the companies said that they could have someone come out on Monday But I needed my AC to work Saturday. So I called total air And the technician arrived Within an hour after the call for service. He was very professional, And very nice and easy to talk to. He fixed the problem and got my AC working again, I was very happy with the price And service . I highly recommend.

The tech who actually came out to do the work did a good job and was courteous. My issue is with the price they charged for the 45 min appointment. $199.00 to add a drain solve product is outrageous! I'm sure it doesn't do much more than regular old vinegar does to clear out a clog....The fact that it was a weekend and we were sweltering, also no other a/c company returned my call are the only reasons I agreed to the astronomical $502.95 bill they stuck me with. Yes, they got my a/c back to work, and was grateful for that, but I really felt like I got gouged by the price they charged for the work that was performed.

Couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism displayed by Total Air. Had to get a new A/C installed and everyone from the installers, technicians and office staff has been friendly and professional. Special shout out to Kier and Austin who did a great job on my install and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Steve, the tech, showed up on time, took care of the business of doing a checkup on our system . He was very professional and did not try to upsell us on any facet of our system. I'd be happy to recommend Total Air for replacement or repair. I'd give them a 4.5 in customer satisfaction.

The tech. came, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, worked with the warranty I had on the unit and scheduled the repair.the repair was done efficiently and fixed the problem.
