Total air was able to get me on the schedule quickly and the office staff was friendly and efficient! John was my technician and he was timely, professional, and skilled. I would recommend Total Air .

Casey Spangler arrived for semi-annual maintenance with a very professional manner. He also earned my respect for being very safety conscious by acknowledging the dangerous roof access and finding a safer way to access the roof portion of my unit. I appreciate his can do attitude and professionalism which reflects greatly on Total Air Inc.

Nothing was done in a way to really give the business a 5 star review... more like 4 star. But overall pricing I have to give it a 3.

I guess I'm satisfied, but I really have no choice in the matter. The work is done and it's paid for. Now I can go on and hire someone else to fix drywall and reinstall the main system return into my ceiling now that's cracked and falling. No sense in arguing the matter. Its a 40+ year old house, no business would be willing to accept any fault when something that old gets damaged during an install.

The Technicians who did the install were nice and always on time. But I would recommend anyone to check the driveway for screws after the truck leaves.

Overall, Would I recommend this business to anyone else, probably not.

We continue to have issues with our AC unit since it was installed three years ago and no one seems to know what the heck is going on. Each time a technician came out it’s different issues. How can a newly installed unit have these many issues. And we get the regular maintenance service. We are so unhappy with this company. Someone in charge please do something.

I have been a customer for a few years and have been very satisfied with their services. Recently I needed to log a call on a weekend. They responded to my service request within a few hours and got our system up and running.

Nice people. But not so sure the tech did all they claimed they did. Also poured cleaner and vacuumed something that had nothing to do with the ac unit. Which was a door stop. I changed my rating after I received my detailed bill.

The Technician Nathan Rambally did a professional job cleaning my system. He took pictures and informed me on each step of the process. I highly recommend Total Air Inc

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly! I was notified when the tech, Wade, was on his way by text and email. He clearly explained the services being provided and what is needed to make our system more energy efficient. TOTAL AIR is my 1st Choice for AC and Heat services!

Had a mini-split unit installed. Price was very competitive, and the install crew did an amazing job. Super friendly, on time, and did a fantastic job cleaning up the site when they were done.
