Everyone I dealt with at Total Air was so nice and helpful. I came home in the evening to my air not working properly and they had someone out first thing in the morning the next day. Unfortunately for us, we needed a new system but their team got us all set up quickly and painlessly. The following day they had it all set up and now I have a brand new system running fantastically. For it being our first time having to repair the AC on our own since we bought our home, I was really happy to find and work with such a great company.

Tech was great and price was fair but communication was slow and it we had to keep asking for status took 11 days to have our repair completed. Some of that was due to delay of parts ordered but no heat or air for nearly two weeks is rough. That was nearly 2 years ago. Took a leap of faith and stuck with them but this month it took 12 days and over $900 to properly diagnose the problem and now parts are being ordered with no repair in sight. Will update when resolved. Despite response below we are NOT up and running it took 12 days to DIAGNOSE before part was even ordered still waiting to confirm that has happened.

Tom showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within five minutes. Not he and the administrative team at Total Air clearly communicated my options to fix the problem and started moving on the solution right away.

Casey came and worked on my two A/C units. He was great and very informative. He explained how I could improve my system without being pushy. Throughout the process he kept me informed each step of the way. I would feel confident hiring Casey again and trusting Total Air. I also discovered the previous company I hired while in the hospital only performed about half the work they were paid for.

Wonderful experience. They came out and got the air working fairly quickly and ordered replacement board for system. When they came back out to replace board, they found it was now working OK and did not charge for the second call. Very honest group. I may need the board later, but intermittent problems like this are a booger. It was nice that they didn't take the easy way out and replace a board that might not have actually been bad. Company response was great all the way around.

Casey was fantastic! He was very thorough and didn’t cut any corners with his inspection. He found microbial in our air handling unit, and addressed it immediately with us. He was very informative, gave advice, and went above and beyond.

I was pleased with the professional and kind service and highly recommend Total Air & Marvin to help relieve you of the stress of losing air conditioning in the middle of summer in Florida. Whew!

I’m so impressed with the quality of work performed by Tom with Total Air. He arrived right on time, I love that they text you a picture of who the technician is and a 30 minute arrival timeframe! He was so thorough and went above and beyond in my opinion. Im very happy we found this company.

Very prompt and professional and service tech Nathan did a great job. Highly recommend.

Drain cleanout was $250, told my wife $80. They gave off a sketchy bait and switch vibe. I wouldn't recommend.
