Service Tech was great, Last company used last 4 years was done in minutes compared to Austin. Had debated UV light system since install just never bothered and last service company was here and gone never bothered to inquire. Austin had taken pictures and explained the advantage and his personal recommendations concerning best unit for the cost. Of course we wanted it was in the truck and installed at same time. Actually the membership cost was more than recovered with unit discount.

Kier and Melissa did a great job installing our new AC unit. They were efficient and informative and answered all of my questions.

Total Air has always provided great service, but the Amana unit they installed has broken down multiple times in the past 5 years. So even though it has a 10-year parts and labor warranty you have to pay for service calls and Freon to keep the house cool until they replace the defective coil in the air handler. I am now on the 3rd coil in 5 years. So even with the warranty I’m out at least $600 and I just got another bill for $356 for Freon. I contact many people at Amana all the way to VPs and they basically said, sorry but you have to pay for the Freon even though the unit is defective. I most likely will never buy another Amana product again.

I had the best expirence with this company! I went through a few before I could find one that could get it right and wasted hundreds of dallors repairs that didn't work. They were able to repair my AC under warranty for the best possible price I could find. They were responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. It is a blessing that now we will have air for Christmas. I loved the tech, she went our of her way to inform me that I have another heat setting I can use for the bad weather comming. Additionally, she was kind to my kid and animals ❤ who were very interested in her. Happy to finally have a dependable and honest company for home air needs. We will be a forever customer. If you want a company that takes pride and cares about what they do look no further.

I used this company and while the work I needed was expensive, seeing what it involved I understood. The technician was very informative, friendly, and courteous and took care of the work I needed done ASAP.

We rescheduled 3-4 times based on the part not being available when you thought it would. Just schedule when everything is aligned; parts ready to go and technician ready to go = then schedule
