I didn't actually use their services but the young lady I spoke to on the telephone was friendly. I needed help from another friend who's in the business and he wasn't sure if he could get to my property on time because of his workload. He came through for me in the nick of time. I wouldn't hesitate to call McMullen if I have a need.

We have a walk in freezer that is a little over one year old. McMullen came out worked on it then left. About 1 1/2 hours the unit lost power. They came back out both times the price was a little over $300. So now we’re over $600 for a unit that had never been worked on before by anyone else. Then the unit was having more issues. I mentioned that I thought it was unfair that every time they come out it cost $300. They sent another guy out (third time) he spent the afternoon trying to figure out the problem. About a week later the unit went up to 42 degrees. So I’m supposed to pay $1200 for a unit that never had any problems before. Be careful who you hire some companies are just out to get your $

Last year Kyle (who was recommended by a contractor) repaired our heat pump – we were pleased with the service. I contacted Kyle again this year and made arrangements for him to service & maintain our HVAC system on Friday morning, May 24th. Although I telephoned & texted Kyle several times during that day, he never came to our house & did not respond to my contacts. Early in the evening on May 24th Kyle finally texted me that he had gotten confused about the date of service & apologized for his mistake. I made arrangements for Kyle to service & maintain our HVAC system at 9 am the following Friday, May 31st. When Kyle did not arrive by 9:20 am that day, I texted Kyle about whether he was still coming to our house. Kyle did not respond that day – and has not responded since. The contractor who recommended Kyle to us contacted Kyle on June 1st about what happened. Kyle has not responded to him as well.

I called them for a quote, a representative came out and spent a fair amount of time. I never received a quote, which surprised me so I called and questioned that circumstance and never received the courtesy of a response

Tried calling the number literally 10 times to tell them one of their work vans entire brake light system wasn’t working and I watched someone almost smack into the back of their van, but for some reason the number doesn’t work.
