Lindsay in the office did an outstanding job of communicating. When the part arrived Friday afternoon Casey did an outstanding job of installing the replacement motor and getting our air conditioner up and running.

Jon was very personable and was very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable and he explained everything. We are so happy we used Total air.

Our second visit with Total Air went as smooth as the first. Easy to make an appointment. Reminders the day before. Our technician was Nathan Rambally. He was on time. Nathan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything along the way with great detail. Nathan did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. We also enjoyed chatting with him. We highly recommend Total Air and their technician Nathan Rambally.

Arionna was awesome! Did a great job. Explained some of the recommendations and what/why they might be needed. Not pushy. Took pictures and videos of before and after maintenance. Hope we have her again at our next scheduled maintenance.

Avoid if at all possible. They literally had their "experts" on the phone with the A/C manufacturer for the entire time they were fixing my (modern, not atypical) system -- and still it took them three visits to get it working. I'm 100% sure the first set of parts they installed weren't needed (the broken part was upstream), but they wouldn't remove them and made me pay for them anyhow. And best of all, there's a pretty good chance their A/C repair guy broke the system during his "preventative maintenance" visit that they harassed me to accept anyhow (A/C and heat worked before, but we noticed it stopped working within two days after.)

Find a more capable company. We sure are, for next time.

PS: Ignore the idiot response to this. It took THREE WEEKS and we had no A/C AT ALL. They did NOT "keep us cool" during the process. Liars, liars, pants on fires.

Jon was was on time, installed the equipment we requested. He cleaned up after he was done, reviewed the work completed and explained operation and how to change the filter. Left sufficient filters for the year paid exactly fee as quoted. Very satisfied with Jon and Total Air, Inc.

I requested service to install a new Nest thermostat and replace old wiring. My old house had a few unexpected issues, and Nathan worked through them all. Very professional. I would highly recommend.

Casey was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, spoke to me in clear terms that I could understand, and gave me some options to improve the health and longevity of my HVAC system. A real professional and a great asset to Total Air. Thanks again Casey!!
