Our second visit with Total Air went as smooth as the first. Easy to make an appointment. Reminders the day before. Our technician was Nathan Rambally. He was on time. Nathan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything along the way with great detail. Nathan did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. We also enjoyed chatting with him. Avoid if at all possible. They literally had their "experts" on the phone with the A/C manufacturer for the entire time they were fixing my (modern, not atypical) system -- and still it took them three visits to get it working. I'm 100% sure the first set of parts they installed weren't needed (the broken part was upstream), but they wouldn't remove them and made me pay for them anyhow. And best of all, there's a pretty good chance their A/C repair guy broke the system during his "preventative maintenance" visit that they harassed me to accept anyhow (A/C and heat worked before, but we noticed it stopped working within two days after.)

Find a more capable company. We sure are, for next time.

PS: Ignore the idiot response to this. It took THREE WEEKS and we had no A/C AT ALL. They did NOT "keep us cool" during the process. Liars, liars, pants on fires.

Jon was was on time, installed the equipment we requested. He cleaned up after he was done, reviewed the work completed and explained operation and how to change the filter. Left sufficient filters for the year paid exactly fee as quoted. Very satisfied with Jon and Total Air, Inc.
