Although I had an issue with this company, how they handled themselves after speaks volumes about their integrity. So few companies seem to want to do right by their customers and this is one of those few. I will be using them again when I need another service call.

Total Air does twice a year cleaning and maintenance. Today they installed an air purifier uv lamp to keep the air quality up to par. I have cancer of the lungs and do not want to breath air contaminated by dust and mold that might be in the vents.

Nathan was amazing. He was thorough and explained everything he did and included lots of photos. Was courteous and professional. Wish I had an HVAC servicer like him in Texas! He will do well in this field.

This company is amazing. They answer the phone, show up on time, are courteous and friendly, their technical ability is great, they know their stuff, they followed up regularly with my back ordered part, scheduled installation of said part promptly when it died arrive and not once did I hear an excuse of why they couldn't do something. Wade was an amazing tech. He listened to my description of what the unit was doing and was thorough in his analysis and work. My unit needed warranty repair and they got it done. Girls in the office are great too, always friendly and helpful. Communication was clear and frequent on email and text message. Spot on!

Total's technician Casey was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the equipment, and gave us honest, forthright and valuable advice as to our needs.

My AC went out the day company arrived. I called Total Air & Tabitha got me scheduled right away. Bryan came out the day before install to give us a quote, which we had also received quotes from other companies but decided to go with Total Air. Bryan made good on providing us with a portable AC unit to get us through the night comfortably. The installers were here bright and early the next day to start our job. Total Air completed a new AC unit install and I couldn't be happier! Casey, Isaiah and Nate were professional, efficient & on time. Casey did a great job of explaining the functions of my new AC. They arrived when they said and completed my job the same day. My new unit is quiet and cool, just like an AC should be. From the front office, to sales, to install, Total Air gave us great customer care & I'd highly recommend them. Thanks, Total Air!

The tech, Marvin, was very helpful and thorough taking the time to properly inspect and diagnose why our A/C wasn't working. I very much appreciate his time, kindness and professionism.
