Jaryn from E & E Gliddon saved us from spending $20,000 with another company. Our a/c went out and we had called a different company first. We were told the part needed would not be available until next day and that he apparently found mold in our ducts. The word mold immediately scared me so I was ready to schedule them to come out and fix it. The tech was telling us even if we treated the mold that it would not get rid of it and he recommended we re duct and buy a whole new a/c setup instead of just replacing the part that would fix the problem. Quoted us 20K. We felt unsure and nervous about the cost so we called E & E for a second opinion. Jaryn came over immediately and did a thorough check of all our vents and ducts. Showed us pictures so we could see and found no mold in our ducts and was able to replace the part needed and only took him an hour. 10/10 would recommend!

My dad has had these EE Glidden technicians several times to look at his hvac system, which wasn’t cooling. Every time a tech came out, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. They charged him even when they couldn’t fix it! Now we just had a much better PROFESSIONAL company look at his hvac system and knew immediately what was wrong with it. They knew how to fix it. They gave several options for us on how we’d like to proceed. Unfortunately, the technicians with EE Glidden didn’t seem to have proper knowledge of the hvac system at my dads place, like these professionals did. I wouldn’t use them if I needed work done.

This company is awful and I would stay away! I have called twice and both times my AC unit was not working well, with very little amount of cold air.
I was told both times that there were no issues and was charged first $110.00 in July and the second time $65 for the visit in August. Now it’s September and I had the same problem.My daughter called and was told by tech that both times everything was fine. I explained that the fan was making a noise and our neighbors were complaining. I’m elderly and have my daughter over for the weekend with her newborn. I have expressed that the heat was unbearable and it would only be fair to get a refund or have someone come inspect the unit without charging. The young man advised I find another company because he felt I questioned his judgement and didn’t feel comfortable dealing with me. I don’t think this company cares for their customers as they should. They lack responsibility and professionalism. I would not recommend them.

We are staying at our uncles for vacation and his AC went out. They came out Tuesday and were unable to make the repair due to only having a used motor to put in and our uncle wanted a new one.They were supposed to be out Wednesday at 930, at about 940 my husband called and they told him they couldn’t come because of the rain and they “forgot” to call. My husband rescheduled for Friday 9/930am, I heard this conversation. Today, Friday, shortly after 930 my husband called to get an eta and was told they would be here around 11, which was NOT what we were told. They need to get their scheduling under control, especially when people are on vacation and can’t sit around waiting on a technician who should have been here earlier.
