This company was first class from the moment I called. Very friendly and very fast & efficient. I was sent a text that my tech was on his way and it introduced him with a picture! When Jeff arrived, he was very friendly - explained everything very well, and was done in great time. I didn't feel pressure at all for anything and it was just great customer service! So thankful to find a company like this.

I'm so grateful they were able to come out the same day for a second opinion. I've switched over to Total Air because they took the time to troubleshoot, educate me and find the solution quickly. I'm also confident they are are more affordable and trustworthy than the previous company I'd had for years.

Lifesavers! A/C Unit stopped working in the heat of summer. Their crew was able to provide same day service. The tech was very professional and helped break down the issues so it was easy to understand the problems and solutions. Highly recommend!!!

When my AC stopped working their technician explained that they would have caught the failing capacitor if I had been getting regular check ups and I wouldn't have had to deal with the outage I experienced, and that I could pay monthly for their twice yearly checkup membership. Bonus; the membership gives you 15% off repairs! They've always been very professional and courteous.

Total air performed high quality work in a timely manner. From Jonathan the sales rep to my installers, Josh and Shania, their work was very high quality. They were also very responsive throughout the whole process. 5 Stars!

Update: I was contacted by the company with an apology and agreed to have a manager come out to assess our AC needs. Jonathan absolutely turned the experience around and was very thorough in explaining the best course of action going forward.

Original: We scheduled an appointment to get a quote for a new AC unit. The scheduler was very friendly and prompt. The employee who arrived at the house to provide the quote was unprofessional and condescending.
