Ariana did our initial inspection and was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We needed a new unit so a few days later they sent Josh and Isaiah who were prompt and efficient in re-installing a new unit on our property. The communication was clear and payment was easy at the end. We appreciate the professionalism and kindness from this company.

I was so happy with my Total Air experience from the beginning to the end! Josh Sherill Casey and Jeff did the installation and did a great job doing it too. They were all professional including the staff. I highly recommend using them.

I had an issue with my air conditioner yesterday, and Total Air came out first thing in the morning and repaired it efficiently. I’m very satisfied with this company and had moved to them from another company that had installed the unit and with which I had many issues. I would highly recommend Total Air. The technician was professional and provided great service.

Jeff was very knowledgeable, and clear in his explanations about the work he was doing and why. He was respectful of the home and wore protective boot covers, which was appreciated. He arrived within the expected window of time. As new customers we were offered a maintenance plan that met our needs, nothing over the top and a no pressure sale. He explained a few things that we did not know about our a/c system. He took photos of some rodent damage in the attic, so we could get that attended to quickly. Overall a fantastic experience.

Let me start off by saying every single person I interacted with from Total Air was exceptional! Last week I noticed my AC wasn't working as well as it had been. Turns out we needed new duct work. Despite this being a costly repair, working with Total Air made it completely worth it. The technicians that came in for the job were all so friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Thanks so much to Josh, Noah, and Kier for working so hard!! We will definitely be contacting Total Air again for future services.

I started using total air about a year ago after the last two companies I used seem to be a little shady. Total air actually fixed the problem that the previous companies were unable to accomplish (constantly had leaks from the air handler in this attic). The service and the tech today definitely gave five star service. I went ahead and renewed my maintenance contract today for the next year.

I chose this company after receiving bids from four others. This company although priced the highest, had a very informative sales rep, Corey, who helped answer all my questions. I moved forward with Total Air and signed the proposal, two weeks later I was contacted regarding the install and the following week they scheduled the installation for a brand new package unit, 7 vents and 2 return vents. The two install technicians were incredible. They got the entire job done in 2 days and installed everything they had regarding inventory. Again they were fantastic.

I was informed that the following day I would have someone come out to install one of the return vents. This never took place.

I spoke to the office again today and was informed the remaining vents are on backorder and cant be installed for another week. This will be a total of 2 FULL WEEKS, my dog, my roomate and myself will have to navigate through the house and all these massive openings.

My issue is this…for a “legit” company to have had over 3 weeks to order the correct number of vents and return vents. Why am I left with 5 HOLES IN MY FLOOR for the price of $10,835.00.

I strongly urge anyone considering this business to save your time and money and choose another company. If I could do it all again, Id absolutely choose someone else.

Ive got a half connected tube, holes throughout my house and a torn up floor where a vent was placed and does not fit.

Wade is the best tech I have ever met in my life. He was everything you could ask for. He was very professional, polite,150% effort and knowledgeable. If only I could find more people like him with other projects for my home.

I originally had my new AC put in by another company. My ac was clogged and the original company that put my ac in never called me back ( even to this day). I saw that Total Air Inc had a 5 star and now I know why. It was a Sunday afternoon, I called them. The lady that answered the phone was very professional. Arionna was at my house within a hour. She showed me pictures of what was going on and explained everything to me. It was a clogged drain. She was extremely professional and friendly. Not only did she do a great job, she knew that i was having this issue alot and asked if I want to join their membership where they come out and service my ac twice a year. The company I bought my ac unit never even did an annual check up which was included in my new ac package and never calls me back when i need service. Total Air Inc. will now be the ac company I will use for now on!

This company came out multiple times until we figured out what really was going on with our AC. They didnt charge us every time they came out. They fit us into the schedule the same day every time i called. We ordered a new motor and they came out late Friday so that we didnt have to wait unti Monday. Lindsay in dispatch is awesome.
