Harbor Air

I have had rental properties for over 7 years. This is the only company in the area that will communicate properly and not try to sell you on items you don't need. The owners made time for my tenants and went out of their way on multiple occasions to repair our ac issues. Even though they were swamped. They will go over and beyond for their clients and i wouldnt recommend anyone else!

I have nothing but good things to say about Harbor Air, from Tiffany in the office to Kendall and his crew, they have been accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly. They made me feel like I mattered and my problems were taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you!!!

I have had the pleasure in dealing with Kendall several times in replacing an A/C and duct work. I highly recommend him. He was excellent with his service and pricing. Very punctual and didn't try to up sell me. Having a reputable A/C person in the area is extremely important to me and glad I use them.

Harbor Air is a fantastic company. I had a 21 year old A/C system break and they got me a completely new one installed in less than 48 hours. They were also the lowest bid. These guys are great.

Really can't say enough good things about this company. From the initial phone call with Tiffany, the inspection and estimate with Alex, to the finished product , everything with our new AC install was handled professionally. They went above and beyond my expectations and also saved us money over other companies. I would very highly recommend Harbor Air!!

New to the area from Austin Texas and I put out a request for a recommendation on a reliable trustworthy AC repair on FBs Palm Harbor Happenings page. I got several responses but went with Harbor Air, they made arrangements ASAP to come diagnose the issue. Alec the AC technician was knowledgeable and honest and very fair in relating me the issues I had. I recommend Harbor Air for honesty and professional customer service.

Alex came out after 24 hours in 90 degree heat with no air. When I called, Kendall told me I should have called over the weekend, they would have come out. They were at my house within 2 hours (as promised) and Alex had my air working in no time. The cost was incredibly reasonable! I am so glad I found this new company, they are great! I will be using them from now on for all my AC needs. Awesome new company, that has my vote! Keep up the great work.

Alex was able to find and fix our duct air distribution (which another company damaged) and worked diligently to get us that proper distribution. They are concerned about pricing and always give options, the work is done well and at a reasonable price. I've switched maintenance companies for our system to Harbor Air. Excellent work !!

Pathetic company; a bunch of con artists. Tried telling me my system was a danger to my family, I had a second opinion and wouldn’t you believe it was a capacitor. Worst yet it was the owner kendy or Kendall I think his name is and he reeked of alcohol. I would avoid them if you don’t want a drunk trying to rip you off in your home.

This business is responsive, transparent, and offers fair pricing. I’ve used Harbor Air several times and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. You can certainly tell the owner puts a lot of stock in the trust he’s built with his clients. I would recommend them, and will continue to use them for any HVAC concern in the future.
