Working with them has been a pleasure. My AC system has had issues over the last few years and every time I've called them out, they've been helpful and clear about what the issues are. It's always resulted in them fixing the issues quickly! Definitely recommend!

The Ownership and Staff are AWESOME! I had a issue with my A/C system not working. I call Harbor Air and they were at my home in less than 2 hours. Determined the problem and had my A/C going again. Since my system was more than 16 years old, it was time to replace it. At my request, Harbor Air prepared a quote to replace the unit. I reviewed the quote with Kendall and was very satisfied with the cost of Replacing the unit. When the team arrived to install the new system, they were on time, Professional, and completed the installation in the time frame quoted. When complete, every was cleaned up. Based on my experiences with Harbor Air, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all you Heating and A/C needs!

Kendall and his team are amazing! Always responsive no matter the time or day. Always seems to go out on a weekend or holiday but Kendall came out within a couple of hours and fixed our ac.

Called Harbor Air because I had no air blowing, Kendall came out and determined it was the blower motor, he offered me 3 options and I was able to choose according to my budget, he is honest, reliable and doesn't try and upsell you, he actually does the opposite, he wants you to get the longest life you can with your unit. I will always call Harbor Air!

Superb service! We could not have asked for a better experience - our old air handler leaked and our garage ceiling collapsed in the middle of the night. We called Harbor Air first thing and Alex came out, got it running again, and walked us through our options with no pressure or obligations. They quoted us a very competitive rate for a new system and installed it the following week. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and even followed up the evening after the new install to make sure we were 100% satisfied! If you need HVAC support look no further than Harbor Air - you will not be disappointed!

Great experience - Harbor Air is my new “go to” company for all my a/c needs. They worked me into their schedule when I had an a/c crisis (no a/c in a Florida July is a major crisis!) and had my home up and running as fast as possible. They are very customer service oriented, and will do whatever they can to make certain the customer has a good experience. Their staff and installation crew was very polite, professional, and efficient. They cleaned up and made sure everything looked good after the job was complete, and followed up to make sure all was well. If I could give them 10 stars, i would!

As I write this in September 2021 I think about all of the problems we are having with customer service, parts, materials, responsiveness. Everything has come to a screeching halt....and we wait. I returned from a 2 week vacation to find my 15 year old A/C not working. Yikes! I remembered a friend had mentioned how happy she had been with Harbor Air. So I called them for service. A service tech was at my home within an hour. After examining my unit he found I had a coil leak - an expensive repair. I mentioned with the age of my unit I thought it best to purchase a new one. The service tech performed some magic to help make my 85 degree home more comfortable temporarily. The owner came to my home the next day. The owner also worked on my system which brought the home temperature back to normal. He provided 3 quotes. Meanwhile I had another company come out and give me a quote as well. I felt the most reasonable quote with the most options was from Harbor Air. My unit (Trane) was ordered and within a few days I had a new Central air A/C split system unit. I could not be more pleased with everyone from Wade, Charlie, and Mike who came to my home, Tiffany and Sharon in the office and Kendall, the owner. I would highly recommend this family run and veteran owned business to anyone in need of service or replacement. They are honest, on time, fair, and responsive...that's saying a lot in today's environment.

My air conditioner stopped working this morning. I researched air conditioner repair on Dunedin Chat and found a referral for Harbor Air. They are a family,veteran owned buisness.
Tiffany answered the phone and said she would get someone there as soon as possible. Within an hour and a half Kendall was at my door. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the air on in a short time.
I would definitely recommend this company,efficient and honest.

I have been relying on the hard-working folks at Harbor Air for well over five years now. Kendall, Tiffany and their staff, in addition to being professional & courteous, are also a highly knowledgeable and very well-trained team. They get the job done right the first time. I have dealt with many other companies in this industry as a longtime Florida resident and most of them are shady and unscrupulous. Harbir Air does business the right way and I will continue to trust them in the future because I know they put the customer's best interest first. They don't try to take advantage of a customer experiencing an emergency and they are not just there to make a quick sale like all the rest. They will quickly assess the situation with a priority on solving the root cause instead of simply claiming the entire unit needs to be replaced. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Our A/C went out last week while we were taking care of a family member that had had a major surgery within the last two weeks....needless to say the A/C going out was horrible timing. We called a few different companies - some got back to us and some just couldn't get to us until the evening. We called Harbor Air because others in a facebook community group had recommended them. Within two hours Kendall was at our house. We couldn't believe that he came out SO quickly - we were SO extremely thankful! In under an hour he had the unit back on and running. He stuck around for a little while longer to check a few more things and to make sure that the air continued to stay on. The next day, Kendall's wife called us to schedule our free annual maintenance since we were first time customers. A few days later, Alex and another employee came out to complete our free annual maintenance. Alex called during our scheduled time frame to give us updates and let us know when they were on their way.
All of this to say, great customer service all around. We will definitely be sticking with them!
