I am editing my previous 5-star review to now reflect 1 star. A tech came out to troubleshoot an issue I had in March of 2022. Apparently, a wire had fried. It took less than 10 minute to diagnose and repair the issue, and I was charged the $99 service call fee. Before the tech left, he said that if I left them a 5-star Google review, they would give me a free A/C maintenance session in the future. No-brainer, right? So I left my 5-star review that day and was told that someone from the office would reach out to schedule my free maintenance. Well, no one ever called. Fast-forward two months later to the end of May: I called and told the receptionist about the deal I was offered and that no one ever followed up with me, despite me leaving my 5-star Google review. So she scheduled my maintenance appointment for Wednesday, June 22nd, with an arrival window between 11am and 2pm. I don’t work from home. In fact, I have my own business, so if I’m not at work I’m not making money. I took off work to be home for the time window they had quoted me. 2pm rolled around, and I still hadn’t heard anything (they usually call when they’re on their way), so I called the office and no one answered. I waited about 15 minutes and called again. No one answered again, so I left a voicemail with my name and phone number and explained that I had an appointment from 11am-2pm, and no one had showed up, so I was calling to get a status update. AND NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. So I will never use these guys again. Beware of the 5-star reviews as most of them are probably “bought”. The lack of professionalism and customer service that was ultimately displayed was horrible. How do you no-call/no-show your own clients and then on top of that not even return a voicemail an acknowledge your wrongdoing? Clearly, you don’t care much about integrity, reputation, quality of service, client retention, or anyone else’s time.

I love my new A/C! The team arrived wearing masks & booties which I really appreciated. They also brought lots of drop cloths, so it was a very clean install. Everyone was very nice and they took the time to explain parts of the process. However, there was one glitch along the way, but Kendall, the owner, was very responsive and on top of it immediately. What I learned from working with him is that Kendall is not happy with an install unless his customer is completely happy. That's customer service at its best!

I was just looking for prices. Kendall from Harbor Air came to my home. He was on time, presentable and knowledgeable. I was impressed that he is also a veteran, I thank him for his service. Kendall went above giving an estimate by trying to temporarily get us heat until we actually chose a company to hire. His crew is punctual, polite and removed all debris. I would certainly recommend Harbor Air to anyone. Thanks Kendall.

FIVE STAR COMPANY!! I trust the honesty and integrity of this company 100%. Excellent company to work with! The price was very reasonable and they went the extra mile to work with me, giving me all my options right from the start. I received a very quick response, they showed up on time and kept to their schedule and estimate. The staff of technicians were polite and insisted on thoroughly cleaning up after they were done. The owner, Kendall, was great to work with and he made sure everything was done right as well as working with me throughout the "diagnosing the problem" stage right through to the completion of the work. I have a very old system and it is running like a top now, cooling better than it ever did before. He explained things no other a/c company ever did and this will help me keep the system running better and longer in the future. I am planning to have him service another unit (I own a duplex) as soon as possible to do PROPER preventative maintenance (as so many of the other companies I have had out skipped the important things that needed to be done on those yearly service calls although I never knew that before). I am so glad to have found Harbor Air and know I have an honest reputable company to deal with in the future. Thank you so much!

Fantastic company extremely honest! I’ve been having problems with my Ac just not cooling properly and from the first call to a friendly lady named Tiffany to the owner named KENDALL 5 star service.
His tech Alex was very nice also tried everything to get my Ac working right. It was just a damm lemon from a previous owner. In the end KENDALL installed a great unit for a reasonable price, without all the sales tactics that most companies do! I also bought a maintenance package for my tune ups, which means this is my Ac company from now on . I will definitely be telling everyone to use Harbor Air!

The team is very responsive and professional. Have used them for heating and air conditioning maintenance for several years and very pleased.

Harbor Air is fantastic. Kendal and Mark were extremely courteous and professional. They explained exactly what I needed and did not try to up-sell me something I didn’t need.
