Kendall and team saved the day. Our fan blower went out and they were able to squeeze us in to get us back up and running. Things started out great with this company, Kendall was very nice and helped us fix our AC. The second time we called him, he arrived to re-install a board and left with the AC not working. We called the next day and were told Kendall would be coming by that day. Kendall later TEXTED me saying he wouldn't be able to make it because he had too many clients, was overwhelmed, etc. He was incredibly unprofessional and I would not recommend. They can't keep up with the clients they already have.

I can’t speak highly enough about Harbor Air , Kendall and the entire team. I have an extremely old system and they have gone out of their way to keep us cool while we await the new system install. They’re honest, professional and prompt!

My experience with Harbor Air was, shall we say, a breath of fresh air. Honest, fair, conscientious, more than reasonable on pricing I highly recommend them. I had a creaky old air handler that needed some attention and they came by super quick between their scheduled appointments, gave it a patch up fix until the new part could come in , and didn't charge me at all until the job was finished and at a very reasonable cost. It is such a gamble down here in Florida hiring anybody to come work on your house - so many sketchy flim flam operators and the established HVAC firms just overcharge you real bad. The Harbor Air owner is also a former Marine , served our country with honor and I like that a lot, too. I will definitely be hiring Harbor Air again

Outstanding service!! Very thorough and sincere about what I needed done. Tiffany is great with communication, which is very important to me, and Kimball is the best aspect with sincere and honest analysis of the problems I have!!! I have been looking for a company that is about the person and not the money. I have found that in Harbor Air !!!! I'm old and not sure how important that is to everyone else, but it's a game changer for me!!!!

This company goes above and beyond to take care of you as a customer. They are responsive and very reasonable. I needed to replace my 5 ton A/C. Called around to get estimates. Some of these estimates were out of this world. Ended up with a great Bosch unit from this company. Installation took about a day and everything was left neat and clean. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
