I needed to replace my A/C because it was becoming unreliable and had stopped running again. I called Harbor Air and Kendall came out the same day and was able to get it running so my house would be cool while waiting for a new unit to arrive. He gave me several options on models and explained the benefits of each one. No pressure, just information. Great communication from the office staff - friendly and timely updates. The installers were courteous and professional. I love my new A/C and feel confident that if there are any problems in the future, Kendall will find a way to get the job done quickly. Living in Florida, you need an A/C company that you can trust and Harbor Air fits the bill.

I highly recommend Kendall at Harbor AC. He has been servicing our AC for many years. We have always found him to be prompt, responsive, professional and honest. He doesn’t recommend work on the h it that isn’t necessary so when he tells me is to do something, we can trust his recommendations. During the initial consultation, Kendall was very transparent and thorough in explaining several options at various price points that would fit the requirements I gave him. I chose a top of the line system at a very good price.

Charles and his crew were great. They got the old system out and the new system in without a scratch. The installation was very clean and they completed the job on time. The thing I liked the most, they genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. After the job was complete, they wanted to show me all the details of the installation which I appreciated.

This is my first review of any product or company but feel it is necessary to express my gratitude for excellent service. I had originally tried to contact another contractor for services a couple of weeks before my AC completely died but could not get a returned call. With two and a half days of no air and 95 degree weather, I reached out to a friend on Sunday evening for a recommendation, Harbor Air. Unable to sleep in the stifling heat, I called and left a message at 3:45 a.m. early Monday morning and to my surprise was called back by Tiffany, shortly after opening that same day. I explained my situation and she told me she would look at the schedules and call me back. In a few short minutes, she called me back to let me know that Kendall would be heading to me after he finished up at the job he was working, approximately an hour to an hour and a half, but turned out to only be about 45 minutes. Kendall quickly got to work and had my air working again and wrapped up before 11:00 a.m.! He explained everything he had done thoroughly and the necessary maintenance including the associated costs (which were much lower than I anticipated, another bonus) From start to finish, this company was amazing! Very highly recommend and will now be the only company I use. Thank you Tiffany and Kendall!

I had an HVAC system installed by HARBOR AIR. I highly recommend this company to anyone with an Air Conditioner. The price for the system was fair, the employees are on-time and courteous, and their work is excellent. I got in a jam last night and reached out to Harbor Air, and there was a cheerful, knowledgeable technician at my door this morning. He serviced the unit, checked the air handler and compressor, and my house now is cool and comfortable. This Company is the real deal. Look no further

Yesterday our air conditioner started blowing hot air. After routine troubleshooting, nothing changed. We called Kendall at Harbor Air and he was over sooooo quickly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. Super fair price for a super quick fix. We recommend Harbor Air to everyone

My air conditioning went out and Harbor Air came over on a Saturday at no extra fee to check what was going on. I needed a total replacement...as I'd suspected. They worked with me with scheduling and price and I now have that total replacement. They were very quick to get back to me immediately and during the installation, things didn't go smoothly but they stayed into the evening and made sure that it worked before they left. Now my air conditioning is pretty amazing.
I was originally referred to them through the city code enforcement officer. He would know who's good and who's not!

First of all I would like to say that this company is the very best company in Florida by far. Where most companies take advantage of the elderly and snowbirds not this company they are honest they are good people every one of the people that work for them are the nicest people ever I wouldn’t do business with anybody else in the whole state of Florida. I highly recommend these to putting in new air conditioning systems heating systems whatever you need these people are the most honest on time do right by you company you will ever hire and this girl from Illinois is very very pleased with this company and wishes she had a company in Illinois that was this good if you are thinking about getting a new heating or air-conditioning system these are your people
