Cathy was awesome! There was great communication from her. The electrician broke down but she kept me informed. I had a house surge protector put on, three outlets and to carriage lights outside the garage. The electricians were very professional, courteous and quick. They showed up when they said they would and I had no problems at all. I would highly recommend this company.

Today Clayton came out because the unit wasn't cooling properly. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a clog in the drain line was halting the unit), explained it to us, cleaned it out, etc. He also took a few minutes to show us advance settings on our control panel and added features we hadn't realized were available. He made sure we understood everything before he finished the work. He made sure we were satisfied before finishing up.

We also have the twice a year maintenance contract with them and love their service.

We will call Durham & Sons if we need help again. I recommend you do too.

Tommy was excellent. He was able to come diagnose our issue the same day we called, and have a replacement part installed the very next day. He took very good care of us. We will be switching our AC maintenance plan over to Durham & Sons as soon as we are able. We look forward to working with them going forward!

Justin was amazing, very knowledgeable and explained our different options. He worked efficiently, and was very courteous. We had excellent service before with Clayton 2 years ago, and Jackie is always a pleasure in the phone. So when our A/C started acting up, I knew who to call first. I needed a repair to my electrical panel. The tech who showed up was very polite and professional, he fixed the panel and investigated what could’ve caused the issue. However, I was disappointed when I was given the invoice. There is a flat rate $99 service call fee on top of labor and materials. I would have liked to of been told this prior to scheduling the service.

After waiting 3 days for a callback from my previous A/C service provider, I called Durham and Sons for help with my A/C that was not coming on. They came out the same day and installed a new capacitor. Prompt, friendly service on a very hot day. I will definitely call them again when I have a problem.

Lost power in my apartment due to an AC leaking water to a water heater right below it. Durham was quick, responsive and applied a fix on the same day, during the first service call. They didn't need to come back for a follow-up visit or anything like that. Highly satisfied with them, will be using them again in the future for electrical needs!

Durham & Sons deserve more the 5 stars, they are responsive, reasonable, neat, clean fairly priced and never fail to repair or replace what we need. We would NEVER consider using anyone else!! Mike was here today reprogrammed the thermostat quickly efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. We purchased our home in 2016 and have used Durham for all our electrical, cooling & heating needs. They are without a doubt the best company of any kind we have had the pleasure of hiring

We had Rich and London here both very professional actually a little bit early than their scheduled time and completed within their estimate. Everything checks out great they cleaned up couldn’t ask for better service. I’d highly recommend Durham & Sons Electric
