Very personable, pet friendly as well. Knowledgeable without making you feel slow to speed. Very efficient, professional and punctual. Even helped me save by not doing over the top when it wasn't even neccessary, very rare quality these days. I would definitely return as well as advice anyone needing ac help to contact Durham. Great experience overall, the technician did a complete inspection and maintenance of my ac unit in just a few minutes he found an issue with it, he had the part on his truck and took care of the problem (for those who criticized the price for parts it’s not easy or cheap to keep a truck fully stocked plus the parts that they use are good quality and made in America) I definitely recommend this company.

I called first thing on a Monday morning and they accommodated me and had someone at my home within a couple hours.
Clayton was the tech, he went over every step with me. He explained what the issue was and he had it repaired immediately. From the initial phone call to the very end everyone was professional and on time. I would highly recommend them! Thank you!

This company was very impressive. Left them a message the night before when our unit went down. They called back the next morning and had a rep at my house that afternoon. He replaced what was needed and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Responsible rate for their repair as well. Highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future!

I called this morning as our AC kept going off and on. Finally it just stayed off. In less than 2 hours, at the very beginning of the time estimate window, they called to say someone was on their way. Tommy showed up and was very helpful. He not only fixed our issue but went ahead and did some maintenance checks and cleaning, too. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. And then he triple checked that everything was working, waiting a few minutes between each check to be absolutely sure I wouldn't have to call back for more help too soon. We will use this company again and will recommend to everyone.

Durham goes the extra mile! I had my entire A/C system replaced and Durham was so easy to work with. The unit I wanted was back ordered, and Durham loaned me several window units to keep my house from broiling while we were waiting on delivery. They have always been responsive, and extremely professional. Everyone who came to my house was respectful and knowledgeable, and everyone cleaned up after themselves. They were easy to work with on scheduling, and easy to get a hold of. They even called me when they were on the way over. The quality of work is excellent, I have absolutely no complaints. I would 100% recommended Durham for anyone needing HVAC work!

Always on time if not early! I have used this company on 3 separate occasions for new outlets, wiring and electrical panel upgrades as well as the installation of a combo light/fan for the bathroom where the previous installation was done I correctly. Service people are always polite and clean up all service call debris. The front office staff are always a pleasure to talk with. I'll be doing more business with them in the future.
