From the moment we found out we had a mold issue with our old A/C handler, we were concerned about how we were going to remedy it. We trusted the company that put the originally unit in, and it felt like our trust was broken when we learned of some deficiencies in the system. We were unsure how to move forward, and when Durham and Sons was recommended, I immediately reached out to seek some help and guidance. I could not have imagined how much time, detail and communication I would receive throughout the process. I know Durham and Sons had other jobs to do, but I felt as though we were treated as the number one priority. Everyone I spoke to about what was going on at our home was impressed. I very quickly came to a place where I knew we were in good hands and were working with a company that put honesty, results and quality effort above everything else.

I would not recommend any other A/C company to work with other than Durham & Sons. Even though this was just another routine job for their business, they have a made a tremendously positive impact on our family with a new, clean A/C system in place.

Durham & Sons provided timely service. They were especially excellent in communicating every aspect of the process from arrival time to problem identification to parts ordering and installation.. I highly recommend them.

Called 10 minutes before they open and actually got a person on the phone. Jackie was very helpful, professional and courteous and got me scheduled same day. Matt showed up and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Have used Durham and Sons on multiple occasions, fast, friendly, and affordable. They always show up on time every time with no excuses, I highly recommend them for all of your needs, keep up the good work guys...

Called Durham for service call part of house was not getting cool. Tech showed up and spent 15 minutes troubleshooting and said ducts need to be replaced and said he called the office and they weren't doing duct work until fall. He didnt check anything to determine that. 3 bedrooms need ducts replaced and that was determined in 15 minutes without looking at anything? Calling BS on this one! He didn't want to be here to do the job. Good thing is he didn't charge me for that nonsense. I am disappointed as they have such good reviews. We called a professional to come out.

My AC went out Friday night. I texted the number on their site at 7:00Am before their business hours. Within 30 minutes they scheduled the service call and had a tech onsite within an hour. The company worked with me to make the reapair and had me comfortable before 11:00 Am. This is the definition of good customer service. We use this company in future for sure. Very impressed and appreciative!

Previous company kept letting us down. Settled on D&S and we had Justin as our tech, we were impressed! Very knowledgeable and professional. Best of all we didn’t have to remind them about our appointment—small things lol

I first thought I had a bad circuit breaker but it turned out that a timer switch was not connected right. The technician was quick in determining the issue and fixed it. He showed up on time and was very responsive and professional.

We are new customers. Jackie in the office responded to initial call for service on the same day. Technician (Paul) assessed problem, ordered parts needed and resolved all issues. We are quite pleased.

Web page says they have 24/7 service. They do not. I reached out to them around 8pm. Tech did return my call but said he could not make it out until the afternoon of the next day. I understand this man probably worked a hard day. But do not offer 24/7 service if it's not available.
