Our A/C stopped blowing cold air on a Sunday morning, the weekend. We found this company via Google search and yelp reviews and they seemed very upright and respectable.

We quickly were on their schedule through their operator service and within one hour of calling on a Sunday morning a technician (Tommy) was at our house.

Even before scheduling they were upfront about the off hour pricing so we weren’t blindsided by the price. The technician quickly identify the issue resolved it and was upfront and clear.

We will be using them again and signing up for their inspection service so we can be a little bit more preventative this time around

I used Durham and sons to install my new system a couple years ago and I continue with my annual check ups. AC unit went down today and called them up. They quickly sent Paul over to help. Paul was very rude. Usually their technicians are very good and have good bedside manners so to speak but Paul was very short and assuming. He was confident that they didn’t install our units when we insisted that they did. He finally looked it up and saw that they did install it didn’t even apologize. I still recommend using Durham & Sons but hopefully you never get Paul. He thought he fix the problem quickly and left. Only to find out later that the AC unit would not work and it was after hours by that time.

I called this morning as our AC went down the evening before. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. In less than 2 hours, at the very beginning of the time estimate window, the technician was on my driveway. Unfortunately for them but good for me and before they showing up I was able to trouble shoot, find the problem and my AC unit was back in business again. Nevertheless I would highly recommend without reservation Durham and son for their quick response and professionalism. I will call them again in the future if need it !

Very happy with the service. I was worried that my problem of the heat being “too loud “ would go nowhere. But service took it seriously and was able to lower the power blow. Got it serviced also. Fixed some things along the way! I like it!

Called Durham for my ac unit acting up and chose them for two reasons. My neighbor had recently used them for service as well as their recent reviews.

Called at 8:05am this morning and was told a service tech would be out between 9am-noon.
Mike arrived at my home 9:30 and introduced himself and immediately started troubleshooting.

Mike was friendly, pleasant and helpful. He kept me informed what he was doing and why, he even pulled out the part that failed (a capacitor) and showed me why it should be replaced with his meter.

No wonder this company has been around so long, they are professional, trustworthy and reasonable. My only regret is I did not call them years ago.

They will now be my HVAC provider for life.

Paul was an amazing service tech who was extremely professional, quickly diagnosed the issue and made repairs and also corrected issues another company made who installed the unit originally. The office staff was also very professional in my call to them. We highly recommend and will use this company from now on.
