Contacted them and left a message for a call back to schedule a repair as our AC died in the evening. Low temperatures at night so did not use the on call option they had. Received a call back before 8am and they had us scheduled straight away as our address worked with their techs route. Diagnosed and repaired before 9am. A lot less expensive than I was expecting to pay. Can not recommend more highly. 5 stars

Family owned, honest & reliable!! Don't trust your hvac unit to anyone else!!

The technician came on time and went through the 21 point check with me and explained all the readings as he was performing the check. I found that amazing for a technician to do that with a customer. I signed up for the twice a year service and am glad I chose Durham & Sons.

Durham and Sons have been serving my AC needs for over 20 years and have never failed me . I have found them to be professional reliable and always available day or night! And I have had to call at night to service an old unit many years ago and they were there and where outstanding to patch my old system until they were able to install my new trane which they are now still servicing since 2008. The office staff are always friendly and helpful and all the technicians are polite helpful and professional. I highly recommend this exceptional service team and am a completely satisfied customer.

The experience from Estimate to Job Completion was great! Every step of the process was handled with kindness, consideration, and great professionalism. Not to forget the best value and service. They included services that other companies charge extra for, in my opinion it shows that they stand behind their products and installations. Durham & Sons is a very professional organization that recently completed a job at my home. I replaced one of two air conditioning systems but the job was complicated by coordinating with other contractors doing other jobs at the house at the same time.

Mr. Durham came out personally to quote the job and he recommended changes to my other system as well, many of which I elected to do. His price was both fair and reasonable. During the actual job, Mr. Durham also came out to check personally on the progress. His team showed up on schedule, did excellent work, cleaned up everything, and communicated fully as the job proceeded.

I was very impressed with not only the technicians but also his office staff, especially Dawna, who kept me well informed. The company even filed the necessary paperwork for my warranty.

I have used Durham & Sons twice since moving to the Melbourne area a year ago. Both times, our AC system needed servicing; the first time, right after we moved in, involved a clogged condenser line that the technician resolved quickly and gave me a helpful tutorial on how to avoid that happening in the future. The second service call was three days ago, when my wife noticed the AC didn’t seem to cooling properly. I checked the condenser line, but that was in good shape, so I called D&S about 1p and a technician arrived at the house by 2p—on a Friday. The tech, Clayton, impressed my wife with his friendly demeanor and his thorough explanation of what he found—the blower motor needed to be replaced. He called me at work to discuss the repair options, which he explained clearly. I chose the variable-speed motor and Clayton had it installed and working by 4p that day. With two excellent service experiences, we will continue to use Durham & Sons and will recommend D&S to anyone who asks about a reputable HVAC company.
