I have used Durham & Sons on two separate jobs, and I am extremely pleased with both. The first job was to add an electric car charging outlet in garage. They were a little higher than others quoted but their timeliness and professionalism was revered. The second was a more complex project adding recessed lighting in master, living room, and outside patio as well as a pendent light. I wanted to shop around for best and has two others come out to quote the job. Others first quote was outrageous price and when I asked for a require to breakdown between the jobs to determine which lighting options were must haves since the price was so high. The new quote ended up being $600 more. Again, outrageous! This company also went on about how busy they were and alluded to the project wouldn’t be able to be done for months due to their busy schedule and the heat (attic work). The second smaller father/son team were honest that the project was more than they could handle. Another company never showed to the appointment. So although my husband said Dunham was higher priced, I reached out going with my instincts. I found Dunham to be significantly less the other quoted. They also scheduled a week later. One time and very pleasant. There were two gentlemen and they did a fantastic job delivering exactly as requested and putting their own careful consideration to make sure recessed lighting was aligned and made the most visual appeal. I am so satisfied and will absolutely recommend! The office staff also does a great job in ensuring a seamless process if permit is needed (first project) or not (second project).

Durham & Sons is an amazing company! Our A/C stopped working right during a spike in high temperatures and we (along with our dogs) were miserable. Matt, from Durham & Sons came out the same day we called, assessed our issue, and found that our A/C blower had stopped working . He cleaned the blower wheel and replaced the blower immediately. Our house was cooling down within about an hour of his arrival. He even did the yearly maintenance on our entire unit so we did not have to worry about anything else! Matt was amazing, professional, friendly and arrived before we expected him. He worked non-stop in the outside heat to get our A/C up and running so we could be comfortable again. Thank you Matt and Durham & Sons for taking care of us, we will be using you in the future!

We had just returned home after being iout of town and it was late in the afternoon. As soon as we walked into the house we knew the Airconditioner was not working. It was low 90s outside and 83 Deg in the house. We contacted Durham & Sons on the recommendation of our neighbor. Darla answered the phone and got us on the schedule for that afternoon and said we would be contacted as soon as their technician was leaving his current call and headed to our house. In just an hour Jackie called us and let us know that Justin was on his way. It 4:30 when Justin arrived and he he went right to work. Within an hour he had located the leak in our system and gave us the option of having it fixed that night, emergency rates would apply, or wait till morning when it was regular rates. We opted for morning and were assured we would be first on the repair schedule. Early the next morning ~7:30 AM Jackie contacted as promised to let us know that Paul was on his way. Paul was great and went right to work. He used the diagnostic information from Justin and quickly locates the leak and had copper pipe brazed and repaired, system recharged and back operational in only an hour. Talk about teamwork! We are very grateful for the professionalism of the people at Durham & Sons. They had us repaired and fully operational in under 24hrs! The pricing was reasonable, considering the problem, and they we fast, courteous, kept us informed and helped us to keep the cost to a minimum. You cant ask for better treatment. We would definitely recommend Durham & Sons for any HVAC support.

We had a huge light bill after moving in here, Justin diagnosed the heat strip that was running 24/7, and made recommendations for future efficiency updates to lower bills even further.
I would recommend these guys without reservation. Nominal fee for coming out and the labor was minimal. An honest and professional service.

I had a return vent installed in my master bedroom to improve air circulation to and from the room. Quote was free and fast. Office staff were very helpful over the phone and Install appointment was made same day. Install availability within the week. Install took only a few hours. Technicians were on time and kept work space clean and very professional. Very happy with their service 🙂

In June I jad an emergency repair required as my old AC was flooding the garage through the wall on a Saturday evening. They responded within an hour and completely fixed the situation. They also took further care in inspecting the unit to find out it was original with the house. This explained why our electricity bill had been over $300/month.

When we decided to purchase a new system, Durham & Son's sent out the owner to do a walk through, explanation and cost estimate. There was no pressure, three system recommendations and a list of a la carte items. We ended up going with them, and I couldn't be happier!

The team was exceptional, efficient, thorough and fast. The whole staff was very responsive and pleasant. It was a gold star experience from start to finish. Not to mention my electic was cut in half!

Today is my 6 month inspection and service call. As always the staff was polite, personable and on time! He ran diagnostics and showed me how to do some extra preventative maintenance.
