Zone Heating and Cooling

I had this company install a new ac system in August of 2021. I have had several issues with the system and have not been able to reach anyone for service. I have tried to leave message but all message boxes are full. I have emailed the company and have not had any response. I even went to the office and there wasn't any one there. If you are an owner or employee and you read this, could you please contact me and let me know if you are even still in business!! It took me a long time to save up for my new system and to have to still be without ac is just not right.

My AC condenser was whining horribly. I called the original installer (phone number sticker on the air handler) - 6 year old system. They said the condenser was dying and I could prolong life with a "heart start" capacitor. I questioned if it's pulling continuous compressor current out of specification at steady state then how does that part fix the issue?! Next recommendation was to buy either a new condenser or better, a whole new system for a longer warranty. I said since they just installed it 6 years ago I'll let it die first and then consider my options -paid the tech for the service call and sent him on his way.
Well, 3 weeks later it died -no cold air in this 88°F summer weather. My family was overheating. At the advice of a good friend who used to be in the AC business -he recommended Zone Heating & Cooling. I called them and in 1 days notice they arrived on time (beginning of 2-hour arrival window). Quickly determined it was the other capacitor (this type of condenser has 2 capacitors) - fixed and house cool again. I understand this is a pretty basic thing to troubleshoot and repair. The techs explained everything in great detail. I was impressed. After this experience I'll never call anyone else. Thank you Zone H&C -you guys are the best!

I can’t say enough about Zone and their technician, Martin. I called about a new condenser that was installed by another company and after 3 of their technicians telling me they couldn’t fix it, I called Zone. They cane the same day and within 2 hours they had the problem solved and fixed!!! And the charge was ridiculously affordable. Zone saved me from spending thousands with another company replacing a system that didn’t need replacing. Can’t tell you how relieved I am and how much I recommend you call them for a first or second opinion! Prompt service, fair pricing and knowledgeable technicians. They have earned my business from now on!

Our A/C had died. Naturally on one of the hottest days of the year! These guys not only replaced the A/C on the same day... they also changed out the ducts. Talk about hard work!

Great Service
After receiving several quotes Zone had the best price so i decided to go with them. I have a very busy schedule and Zone was very accommodating, the guys called when they were on the way so i could meet them. Once there they knew what needed to be done and were quick with the removal of my old a/c and install of the new. They went through everything with me and did a start up with no issues. Cleaned up and were off. I would definitely recommend and would use Zone again.

This Company is Great. my A/C went out do to a leak. the tech Drey Ceaser was absolutely professional and worked in a great timely fashion. Wouldn't recommend anyone else or any other company. They have a customer for life.

We came home and our ac had quit working we were recommended ZONE by some friends that had used them did some research online and seemed to be what we were looking for. We called and scheduled with them they were out same day diagnosed the problem and with stocked trucks were able to fix it on site. They had us back up and running in no time. They were responsive, the technician was very professional and very reasonable on the price. We will recommend them in the future for sure. Thanks again ZONE!

This company is amazing, they were on time with everything and fixed my ac pretty quick, don’t know what I would’ve done with out ac in this gnarly heat! Dreyvin was definitely a big help and I recommend him and this amazing company to all of my friends and family!

Contacted Zone after another air conditioning contractor(one that sold me the unit still under warranty) and was informed my condenser coil(three year old unit) had a leak and would take at least a week to get the part(under warranty) and provided no other alternative. Zone came right out found that the leak was not in the coil and welded it and got me up and running even while it was raining outside. Amazing service and knowledge. Don't hesitate to contact Zone for your HVAC needs!

We had another company install a new system when we moved here 6 years ago. They came out for check ups and normal repairs. After one of the check ups, our air stopped working and the tech told us he wasn't sure what was wrong but the fan looked rusty. My husband got an HVAC buddy to come out and he found that the air conditioning key had been flipped causing the air to not work. Our trust was shattered for the original company. THEN the air conditioner started to create a lot of condensation to the point of our garage ceiling collapsing from the water. Various companies came out but could not figure it out. We called Zone and Ned found that it had been wired wrong from the beginning. Everything is now drying up and working properly. THANK YOU ZONE for you wisdom and professionalism
