Our air conditioning went out during the hottest few days of the year so far. Comfort Zone got Mill out to us the day we called and he even came back the next day because our refrigerant line was frozen and he wasn’t able to diagnose the issue the first day! Mill was a great tech, he worked in our attic, which was probably over 100 degrees and he explained everything well and got our air back on easy peasy! Great company, I advise that you ask for Mill!

We had to get our entire AC unit and furnace replaced and these guys did a great job! Today Mill G. came out to do a final check and top things off and made sure to answer any questions I had! He was really great. Everyone was very professional and responsive.

I called Comfort Zone at 8am and they said they could have someone stop by no problem same day. I requested an afternoon appointment then Frank called as he recognized he was only a few blocks away and said he could stop by early if I liked. He came and was extremely professional, explained what he was doing, gave me options before starting any work, with all that and replacing the igniter, he was here for less than 45 minutes with everything back up and running. Prior to leaving he gave me options on replacing my systems in the future as well. Super grateful for Frank and glad I called Comfort Zone!

Comfort Zone was instrumental in getting our home ready for the warmer weather this year (summer came earlier :). They were out within a couple of days and the service we obtained from Mill G was awesome! He was very professional and explained everything along the way. We were up and running in no time!

Had a great experience with this company. I called and they were able to send Mill on the same day. He came out to help me troubleshoot issue with the furnace and was super knowledgeable and honest. Unfortunately, my 30 something-year-old furnace couldn't be saved and the best option was a new one. Later that same day Frank came out and gave a quick and throughout estimate. I was able to schedule the installation within 2 days. The install team of Zack and Steve were great as well. Super respectful, and professional and explained everything they did. Zachary came to my house on time, and right away! He was very polite and considerate. He quickly provided service and also provided several options for me. I appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes to not track in any dirt from the rain. Will definitely use this service again!

Frank and Mill were excellent. My furnace went out, and they were able to come diagnostic the problems and replace the whole system in a very short time. They were extremely courteous and professional. They were patient in explaining the basis of the costs of everything that needed to be done. The whole team was impressively responsive. Any time I called, if there was no answer, someone would call me back within minutes. I would highly recommend!
